I’ve been staying at this bed bug infested facility for a little over two weeks now. WE’VE HAD TO SWITCH ROOMS A TOTAL OF THREE TIMES! the first time was because the heat didn’t work! Second time was because of a really foul smell in the room. The third and final room has bed bugs! We’ve told the front desk about it several times… nothing is being done. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

*EDIT* After reading some reviews below, it’s clear that management doesn’t care about the bed bug situation….

*DOUBLE EDIT* after speaking to “Sam” the extremely rude manager, she said that she wasn’t going to hear my concerns, and kicked me out as well as put me on the DO NOT RENT list! Listette, the night auditor stated that I can have my cat with me in my room to say that it was a service animal. Didn’t have me sign a paper or anything. Now they want to charge! I also think the pet policy needs to be specific!!! The manager told me that I had to call the exterminator and see if our room was serviced. Ummm…. Ma’am that’s YOUR JOB!

SEEMS LIKE THE MANAGER IS THE PROBLEM!… she also retaliated against me and put me on the “do not rent” list….

The room itself isn't bad, it's the services and items that were missing that caused this review.
Only toiletries that were provided were two small bars of soap and toilet paper. No mini shampoo, no mini conditioner, just two bars of soap.
The bed frame was missing a stilt so we had to put a towel underneath it so it wouldn't fall out from under us when we went to bed. There was an open electrical outlet with wiring and no covers to protect from shocks. The "blanket" was just a sheet, so it was so cold that I woke up every few hours.
I know it's an extended stay but gosh dang, a few standard items in a hotel room for those one or two nights would be the very least I would expect.
It apparently won't let me post pictures, so I can't show what we had to deal with.

Been staying here for a good while on and off. Service is fantastic, w/24hr Front Desk help, & they actually give you enough towels for the # of guests per room. Love that they have a kitchenette. The large refrigerators aren't always the best, but Maintenance is always great about fixing the issues. Definitely great people working there.

Customer Service is horrible and so it their policies. They require ID's from ALL adults and they cannot be expired. My Birthday was a earlier this month and I didn't realize mine had expired. So it was an automatic denial and refusal from the front desk clerk. (Mind you the room was already paid for.) I couldn't even get a refund to go elsewhere because the booking was done online with a 3rd party. Horrible experience!!!

The absolute most disgusting hotel I have ever stepped foot into. THEY HAVE ROACHES SO BEWARE!!! There was one crawling on my wall so I packed all my things and went to front desk. The lady laughed when I told her which is ridiculous. She switched my room and sent me to a room that was dirty! Wasn't even clean, towels on the floor, bed not made. I came back to inform her that room was dirty and she switched me again by that time I was over it and pretty much was in my car all night. Whoever owns that hotel needs for it to be taken away from them because obviously they don't care at all. Who runs a hotel like that? Do they not spray for bugs? On top of that the furniture is so old and outdated and is the from previous hotel that it used to be (I used to work there) so it's the SAME EXACT FURNITURE. That is so disgusting to go to a hotel and see a roach on the wall. Next, I paid $100 for incidentals and they didn't do it as a hold so it processed as a completed payment. I already contacted my bank because there is no telling what they will try to say or do. I did get both receipts. One for the payment for the room and the other was to show I paid for incidentals which in my opinion should be completely FREE beings the condition of the hotel and the FACT THEY HAVE ROACHES!! Just stay away from this hotel because you will regret it and be like me!!! I threw my things out because I'm not risking bringing roaches home and I will be contacting corporate and whoever else I need to because this is insane and a health hazard.

Update the hotel is trying to take my deposit saying I smoked in the room when I smoked no where in the room. If I smoked why not charge me the $250? Oh wait because I didn't. So then the manager which is scammer tried to switch it and say I can't have marijuana on me. I contacted my bank, I contacted the FTC, I contacted corporate, I contacted the BBB and I contacted the health dept for their infestation of cockroaches. The manager should be ashamed of him self when he goes home at night. He sits in his office like the coward he is avoiding guests and their complaints and wonder why he has a hotel that is rated 2.7 on Google. His employees are no different as the suck as well and lack the competence to run a hotel when the manager isn't on duty. I will patiently wait for my bank to give me my refund back. I PROMISE AND MARK MY WORDS THAT I WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND AND REACH OUT TO THE TOP PERSON OF WHOEVER TO ENSURE I GET MY MONEY BACK. I promise!!!
