Costly, 750 for AC servicing, swing flap setting was disturbed and now it's not getting closed completely. Broke a bulb holder which was just below the AC. Was washing the walls on the outer unit which led to drain water on below flat.

There was bad smell coming from the air conditioner and the cooling was not good enough. The technician was prompt to understand the issue areas and suggested clean up of the filters. The condition was good, so he suggested to simply clean them and need not be replaced. His work was quick and also cleaned up the area. Charges were nominal too. Good, clean and odour-free and cool air now blows out and we are happy with the services.
