First, the poor manners of the guide who, when giving us "breakfast", left us 2 hard bacon sandwiches with nothing to drink, not even a juice or a coffee, and then disappeared for 40 minutes. At lunch time, with the car in motion, He gave us 2 frozen sandwiches with a soda and no napkins.I am attaching photos so you can see the state of our "lunch", and we finished the tour at 4:30pm and not at 6:30pm as scheduled. We only went to two places, one to see a mudhole with bubbles and the other to see a geyser, and then we came back. That was the entire tour. I am attaching photos of the food and the only 2 places we visited in the few hours of the tour, which was a tour until 6:30pm and ended at 4:30pm. We expect a refund of the decent "lunch" that we expected for the $1400 we paid and the discount for the 2-hour tour, not to mention the time lost changing cars and the poor treatment received and the unconfortable of the cars, the sits we colud'nt reclined and we have problems with the back, that the reason we paid that amount to have someting confortable and they said that we want to finish the tour before and a lot of lies, comes from the bad Guide Mike. So disapointed with these company, we enjoy the others tours company who where much cheaper and much better like Teaton National Park and snow mobile, the best

Our trip was amazing. It was a cold, very snowy day - New Year's Eve, no less. We were fortunate to take this 12-hour trip with Kevin Taylor. Kevin is a long-time guide at Wildlife Expeditions and Teton Science Schools. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the Great Yellowstone Ecosystem - wildlife, plants, geology, even the recent history of the area. We saw Old Faithful erupt in a snowstorm! We visited Grand Prismatic Spring, and we were the only people there. Our snowcoach was great, and the food that TSS provided was perfect for a trip like this. Highly recommended!

I had the once-in-a-life opportunity to join our amazing Wildlife Guides on a winter trip into Yellowstone National Park. If you ever have the opportunity to go on this trip- do it!!! Would be an incredible experience for corporate retreats, families and team building!

The Best Tour of Yellowstone and Grand Teton Ever!

This was honestly the best tour of Yellowstone and Grand Teton ever. My group was lucky to have one of the best tour guides I have ever seen, Miles! He was so nice and you could tell he really loved his job and I learned so much that day. I would recommend TSS tours to everyone who is interested in these lovely national parks and wants to see Old Faithful.

My family’s first time to Yellowstone and we loved this tour!! Bobby was such a great guide and took us on lots of adventures. He was so fun and very informative about everything in the park! We saw so much wildlife and the tour was very flexible and customizable. Lunch was delicious! Would definitely recommend!

We did the 6-hour family expedition with participants of wildly different temperaments and interests, ages 2, 6, 12, and 15, plus three adults, and everyone had a great time. Bobby, our tour guide, was extremely engaging and knowledgeable about everything from the animals (and plants, if you're interested!) to the history of the area, to the best place to go swimming or get ice cream the next day.

On 8/2/24 we explored Grand Teton National Park on a private wildlife tour (8 hrs) with Mike as our guide. Mike is a biologist and has lived in the area for many years. He is very knowledgeable and thorough with facts about wildlife habitat and lots of info on the mammals and birds we were able to see. Our tour and guide were well worth the investment to appreciate and learn about this beautiful area. Another plus, Teton Science School is a non-profit organization and booking a tour is a great way to support area education. The tour was the highlight of our trip!

What a great tour in the snow coach today, the best part was our guide Grace! Very knowledgeable and personable person. I would suggest that while booking your tour request Grace as your Yellowstone tour guide.
