I had such a positive experience as a participant (Moab YA Open Enrollment, March 2019) that I knew I needed to come back. I've been on countless trips now and have gotten to travel to amazing places with this organization and meet incredible people. My faith and my self-confidence have grown immeasurably as a result of trips I’ve been on with COR. I can't recommend it highly enough! My experience with COR has been nothing but exceptional. They have professional leaders who are attentive to the wants and needs of each individuals. These trips can be tough, so I can see how some people may be overwhelmed, and leave bad reviews of their trip on Google. I have been on a three week trip in the Teton wilderness, and we were safe, and happy. Again, I must stress the professionalism of COR, and their leaders. Great organization. The experience of encounter in the wilderness was inspirational and uplifting. Our two guides, Andre and Jacob, were capable, confident, and caring. My friend Sean, says he had a "5 star" experience while on the putting green. He birdied a par-3 whole of his own creation. All around, I recommend this course for experienced electric monkeys.

I have taken over 20 trips with COR and I'm always looking forward to the next opportunity! I can't recommend them highly enough. They have well trained missionaries ... hard skills, soft skills, great programming, and great hearts. They chose incredible locations for their expeditions that few ever see outside of adventure magazines. They have excellent equipment and the top level of industry certifications.
Their "Kairos time", reflections, and end of the day debriefs take the outdoor experience to another level. But it's really the people that make the difference, and they've got that in spades!!!
I have done advanced courses with NOLS, Outward Bound, Alaska Mountaineering School, and others... but COR expeditions is by far my favorite!

I'm honestly never going to forget the experiences I've had with COR expeditions. The places I got to see and the mountains I got to climb were incredible; I'm so grateful for the experience, and can't wait to do more trips in the future. To be clear: what COR Expeditions offered me was no walk in the park, more like a journey through the most hidden places in rugged wilderness. But I suppose that if you want to sleep under the stars, you have to be willing to get your boots and hands muddy. On top of it all, the COR staff is very friendly and fun. 10/10 definitely would recommend.

COR Expeditions is a Catholic Outdoor Program/Ministry. They lead high adventure trips with the goal of helping people come to know Christ better through creation. Their trips are tough but the staff are professional and courteous

I have been on multiple trips with COR and each has been amazing. They always provide plenty of gear and the staff are very helpful and kind. The food is good and the all the trips are very organized. After each and every trip I return home with a greater love for the beauty God has revealed to us in his creation. Truly an amazing experience. Would highly recommend.
