Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I was buying a Warhammar book as a present. I don't play Warhammar, and I was unsure if it was the right one. The person up at the counter ensured me it was and made sure I had a copy of my receipt just in case it wasn't. I've also found some pretty good deals here, especially on dice. The atmosphere is very relaxed and it's a great place to play magic.

My friends and I have been here a few times, the first time was fine. Service was pretty good and we liked the stock, but I noticed a severe lack of organization and price tags. A lot of stuff seemed to be just “display”.

This past time, however, was different. We went in and didn’t get greeted like we did the first time. The guy behind the counter, who I assume is the owner since it is the same person every time, didn’t even acknowledge us. Which was whatever I don’t need a greeting every time I enter a store, but what got me was when we were asking about stuff behind the counter we saw something that looked like a Commander Bulk box for MTG, we asked about it, if we could look through it or just what it was in general. He proceeded to look at us like we were dumb and with a very condescending tone said “These…no.” That was it, very rude, short, and non-friendly. Just poor traits for customer service in my opinion. If someone has a question just answer them normally and without any of your superiority complex. I probably won’t be coming here again as there are plenty of other TCG focused shops in the same area, same for Warhammer.

Would have recommended this store before the last visit. Also they don’t seem to appreciate women to much as they seem to talk down on them a bit. First time we went we didn’t have our girlfriends with us, this past time we did. Just seems a little odd we got treated worse when we had women with us…

Good community store. Doesn't play nice with the riffraff, keeps the communities in line.
Ample game spaces and an easy to access location.
Friendly and attentive staff.

Staff is friendly. good play space, prices are fair. but not the cleanest. Chairs are really old and desperately need replaced. Twice I came in with lighter colored shirts and left with dirt/ crud on my backside.

My Son enjoyed playing Pokémon TCG here with other kids. He didn't win the competitions pretty tough but we had a great time!

They have Flesh and Blood here! I believe they play Saturday afternoons too. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There were a lot of people in the back of the store playing Magic but the space is large with excellent ventilation and there were extra tables open so it didn't feel cramped or stuffy. They also have Paldea Evolved and Scarlet and Violet base set booster packs for Pokemon. And obviously they have a bunch of Magic decks, booster packs, booster boxes, and even collector booster boxes. 5 stars, will be returning.

Edit: I wanted to know if all new MTG players were treated like me or just the females, so my male friend went to this store to test it. He was helped, given suggestions, and even got a free welcome pack! Your staff apparently needs trained in discrimination. I was never acknowledged while I stood at the counter, and then after I hesitantly initiated interaction I was told you don't carry starter decks so I left. No free welcome pack. No suggestions.

If you are a beginner and/or don't fit the stereotype of who a gamer is and you want to feel like an outsider, go here. Very unpleasant experience. Also the store was very disheveled and had very low stock.
I will gladly drive twice the distance to Summit in Jefferson Point where the staff is infinitely more welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Take my money Summit 💰

Although the store is very open and clean, allowing all patrons the ability to run wild and have a good time, the employees are very condescending. Most if not all that I have met were very passive-aggressive and downright rude to those who have not had a lot of experience in TCG’s. Sale-Value of cards is very reasonable, but nowhere near the distinct prices you can get online. Deck Boxes and Sleeves are very up-charged in comparison to sales you can make online with the same brands at a cheaper price hold. Giving the benefit of the doubt, the store is local, however I would rather spend 15$ on a Ultra-Pro deck box instead of $40.
