Zipline USA & Lasertag USA, is awesome. Everything felt safe and secure. It was very neat to see the fantastic views as we zipped through the trees. We had a Family reunion trip, and this was one of the highlights of our trip.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. The staff is extremely friendly and great at making you feel comfortable and safe. I must note that they have great customer service. We signed up for the 5 lines and photos... I assumed they were inconspicuously taking photos of us but it turned out that they took photos of the wrong group. When we figure it out that was the problem the owner immediately offered for us to come out and zip again the next day. Luckily for us we were still going to be in town. It was our last day there, so we were able to take her up on her offer! We went out on the morning run and it was just as beautiful as it was in the evening. The course is great for beginners but let me just say there are definitely some fast beautiful views from up above. Hold on to your pants and give him a try. You won't be disappointed!!

Our group had an awesome experience! The owner and the guides were all wonderful- they even went out of their way to ensure our comfort on the bumpy mountain roads that bring you up to the starting point. (A couple of us struggle with motion sickness.) The guides were great with the kids and very encouraging. We absolutely couldn't have asked for better service. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great time ziplining here. The owner is super nice and friendly ? Everyone was very professional and took care of us. This was our first time going and they made us feel very safe and we were able to enjoy ourselves without being stressed out. Safety is a high priority here and they are very safe. Didn't have to walk very far to the ziplines which is a nice setup. I highly recommend this place to enjoy your zipline adventures.

My husband and I booked here for our anniversary. We had an amazing time. It was fun and amazing. Guides were awesome and very professional. They did an excellent job of explaining everything before we did the practice zip line. I felt comfortable with them and safety is their number one priority. I am terrified of heights and they were very helpful, very encouraging and very patient with me and it is very much appreciated. The views are absolutely breathtaking and beautiful! The owner is welcoming and nice. She lightened the mood and made us laugh before we went. I would recommend this place to anyone don’t hesitate and just book now you won’t regret it!!!!

Took my family of 12, only 9 participated in the zipline. They had a blast! Made amazing memories. Staff is VERY knowledgeable and kind. It was obvious that safety was their first priority. Will be returning and highly recommend, worth every penny!!!

We had a family emergency, which unfortunately lead to us having to change our plans, I have called and emailed this company as we were unable to attend. Zero call back, no emails, no care whatsoever for the situation. They will not answer the phone, Katrina sent us a text message the day of our visit to confirm we were still coming, after I tried to get ahold of them multiple times the day prior and she did not respond to the text that was sent. Incredibly frustrated with the customer service of this company and would appreciate a manager or owner to get in touch with us as soon as possible.
