Positive: Location and staff. And the bed was super comfortable Negative: My first room had a roach and a handful of ants on the table and the door wouldn?t lock. The second room was better though. Still had a bit of a glitch with the door handle but it locked fine. And no bugs at all in the room.

The hotel has many issues. Hot tub conveniently doesn’t work, bathroom fan light had no cover, shower head didn’t work correctly, sink faucet aerator sprays so fast it’s hard to fill a cup of water. They say free breakfast, if you call bagels, cereal, and a waffle maker breakfast. No hot breakfast and no fruit. I don’t complain much but this one I had to.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Baymont Hotel in Auburn, Indiana. All of employees were very pleasant and friendly. We lost our room keys and the clerk gave us replacement keys at no charge and no problem. The lady who set up the free breakfast buffet was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel was also pet friendly and was the main reason we had stayed there. We will definitely be coming back when the need arises.

Rooms weren’t bad. Door stuck going into room. Lady working desk at night was new and didn’t know how to explain apparent double charge. Booked online through work app and card was charged. When checked in card charged again. When asked I. The morning was told charge online had nothing to do with them. We have used the work app many times for booking and never had this problem.
Breakfast was skimpy. Few choices for cereal, 2 flavored yogurt choices, English muffins and bagels, waffle maker - though syrup wasn’t very good, biscuits and gravy - biscuits dry but gravy was good, juice and water - but not real cold and no ice available. Ice maker on ground floor broken.
Staff was moderately pleasant but not very helpful about double charge.
Overall we will be staying at Hiltons or Drury Inns in future.

Booked a Jacuzzi room for New Year's Eve. Showed up and they gave our room to somebody else. Hotel was extremely dirty just walking off the elevator. Pool and hot tub where ice cold. Rooms were filthy and haven't been swept or done any repairs within the last 10 years at least. Most of our lights in our room did not work. And our key stopped working at 9:00 a.m. when check out isn't till 11:00. Very unhappy with our stay it ruined our New Year's Eve plans to say the least.
