Our guide Josh was absolutely amazing at explaining everything to us since it was our first time. we did Jailbreak and it was the perfect introductory challenge I feel for anyone new. He was super attentive and all his hints felt perfect as in they didn’t just “give” the answer, but did a very good job at still leading to the right answer. super fun time for any sized group and I definitely can’t wait to go back!

Stephanie was phenomenal. We were a group of four friends and had such a fantastic time doing the JailBreak room. We succeeded while laughed and enjoying every moment with nearly 6 minutes to spare!

I have done several escape rooms. We had fun this one, but several things lowered the rating for me.

Audio issues forced us to use walkie talkies that were hard to understand. This was a big minus.

The puzzles were OK, but fairly basic.

On the positive, the room was clean and decor nice. Theme was interesting. Id be willing to try another room.

We had a very poor experience tonight in the CIA Room. Our game master Kyle, I believe, was very inattentive. This caused us to ask multiple times for hints, ask for a better hint, or just get hints to things we hadn't even found yet. For some reasons we had to use a walkie talkie to ask for hints, the audio quality was poor, kept dropping out, and kept dinging about a low battery. There were a couple puzzles that were not intuitive at all and we had to ask, sometimes more than once, if we're even doing it correctly. It kind of seems like they were short staffed and I'm guessing our game master was covering one too many games at once. We have done many games at this location and the north side one and they've all been great experiences. It's a shame tonight was incredibly far from normal. By the time we got under 10 minutes, our party of 2 had just completely given up as we felt like we were being left to drown in the room.

We've done 20+ escapes rooms and this was by far the worst. First off the price is very expensive and does not match the experience. We waited 8 minutes past our start time for someone even to acknowledge us and get us started. The clues in the room were very ill designed and did not make sense. The game room host was very disinterested in being there, and basically walked us through the entire room and continued to offer clues without us asking. We were told we "escaped" even though we still had boxes to unlock/open. They seemed more interested in selling merchandise and drinks than they did doing escape rooms. Do not recommend visiting here, try another escape room.

This was so much fun!!! What a great escape room experience!! We escaped 2 escape rooms and loved the flow of the clues and the way the different rooms kept you guessing where the next clue would be! Malik and Athena were also really great at providing great instructions and help if you got stuck! Highly recommended!

Wonderful escape room experience. We did the 1920s Bank Heist, and the environment, props, and puzzles were involved, authentic, and decently planned out. I've been to about half a dozen escape rooms, and this is a great escape room experience. Bonus: we had a super epic escape with 1-second on the clock!
