Gabby was so awesome!! Friendly, accommodating and kind. Fun for kids of all ages. My older girls did the escape room while my four year old had a ball upstairs. What a gem to have in Bluffton. It’s huge with so many activities!! And for the baseball/softball enthusiasts, the batting cages are pro-level! I can’t wait to do the pin bowling with friends. We will be back!

Outstanding Facility & Exceptional Staff!

The Zone in Bluffton is a top-notch facility that offers a great experience for athletes of all levels. I personally use the slow-pitch softball batting cage, and it’s always well-maintained and in excellent condition. The entire facility is clean, organized, and perfect for training or just having fun.

What truly sets The Zone apart is the fantastic staff. Gabby, Sierra, and Grady go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. They’re friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their outstanding customer service and passion for what they do make every visit enjoyable.

If you're looking for a great place to train, play, or just have a good time, The Zone is the place!

Came here for Valentine’s Day with my husband, it exceeded our expectations. We did the batting cages and then the ninja course and it was such a nice change from just dinner dates. Alex, was the rockstar showing us the ropes. He kept it fun and we will definitely be back Plus, their beers were cold !

What an amazing evening at the Zone. Great place for a family reunion. We had 36 guests divided into 6 teams and spent the evening rotating through all the fun games and activities...the staff was professional and supportive and made sure we all enjoyed ourselves. Tom was especially great in the batting cages as was Gabby on the electric Shark ..

What a fun place for all ages! Every single one of the staff members were super friendly and great with the kids. We brought our son to The Zone for his birthday, along with some friends and they had a blast!! “Best day ever” my son said, as we left! Thank you for a great time! We will definitely be coming back!!!
My only complaint (reason for the 4 stars and not 5) is that you have to purchase tickets to be able to see your kid play the individual activities (minus the mechanical shark and batting cages). I would suggest that you add live video feeds from each activity to several TV’s in the lounge area for the parents to watch.

Brought our son here for a special day to celebrate his birthday. The whole staff was very kind. Especially Ciara who helped us with laser tag and was very patient in helping understand the rules and everything. The venue was very clean and well attended as well

Went to the zone today to do NYC City Subway escape room. One of the locks is so heavily used you can’t even see the letters on it so we got stuck in the first room and were not able to finish. The young girl at the front was not very helpful or professional. The lock is a cheap and easy fix that the owners need to consider. Due to our issue we wasted 20 minutes of our time and they would not add that back on for us AND we were the only ones in the whole place!!! Highly disappointed and this place is way over priced. For the amount that I paid to basically stand in the first room is really sad. Won’t be back.
