Make sure you check that your lug nuts are tightened before leaving. After an oil change in September 2023, all were loose on every tire. Vince quickly made it right and was very apologetic.

In May 2024, the lug nuts weren't properly tightened, resulting in broken lug nuts, rim, ball joints, amongst other things. I could have died or harmed someone else if any of the tires had snapped off. It was a terrifying experience to have my van shaking like it did.
Vince contributed to the costs of repairing the damage.

But be safe. Check your lug nuts.
