This was a great hotel to stay at. The lakeside king room was spacious and accommodated our family of 4 very well. The lake view was a nice touch to our stay. The hotel was clean overall and everyone was friendly. Our only issue was the heater in the room would pump out heat all day (even when set to auto) so the room would get VERY hot and had to keep being adjusted. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast, no complaints. We would stay here again at our next trip.

The front desk lady Lauren was very professional, polite, kind, pleasant to speak with, and had amazing customer service skills. I'm weird with hotel sheets and pillow cases. I always ask for new ones to be brought to my room so I can change them. She brought new ones to my room without hesitation or rude remarks like i get at other places for my request. She even changed them for me!!! With me having a disability, she went above and beyond for me. I can tell she really values her job and the customers that come and go. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was pretty good as well. Overall experience was great.

Really a very pleasant stay. We have stayed at plenty of competitors like Hyatt and Holiday Inn. We didn’t really have high expectations. But I have to say we were surprised and impressed. You won’t get ALL of the amenities, but our room had a renovated and wonderfully clean bathroom. The bed was firm and comfortable. And I am usually troubled by the pillows (it’s so difficult for me to sleep in hotel pillows), but these were comfortable. We started two nights and I got great sleep both nights.

The room was very clean but had a few cosmetic issues. I had plenty of towels and amenities like shampoo and soap. I wanted to use the hair dryer but i think it was broken. The morning breakfast was typical of any hotel but still nicer than some places Ive stayed. I would recommend staying here for a few days during travel to rest up.

Dynamite 🧨! 💯 Satisfying! The rooms were super clean , staff was superb and more than willing to go out of their way to accommodate any of your needs. Nestled on a small lake with access and balconies overlooking it, a great place to enjoy coffee for a nice and calm morning treat. The indoor pool and sauna was very nice as well! Very secure establishment with security abound. I can't say enough great things. Thank you and if in the "Region" again near here we will definitely return!

Ok, so this is a bit of a double edged sword...

The hotel rooms are cheap! That is a positive!
But...you get what you pay for.

Staff were almost non existent. When we called for towels we were told we had to go to the front to get them, they would not bring them to the room.
During our stay they did not collect trash one time.
The tiny cans provided, overflowed. FAST!!
They also did not come to collect our used towels. So those accumulated in a large pile in the bathroom...
It was very rough as far as service.
When we dealt with the desk employees AT THE DESK, they were friendly. But they also didn't seem to be there much of the time. I did have to wait a few times for a very long period before someone showed up. They had a pool here, but it was so cold in the pool room it was too uncomfortable to swim long. The pool had warm water coming into it, but it wasn't enough to keep the pool warm.
Rooms were clean when we got in.
Blankets had some stains on them.
But again, it was fairly cheap. Lol
Great location though. A little work and some more staff and this could be a much better place!
