Walked up with a box of cards and the owner rudely greeted us at the door and wouldn’t let us fully walk in the actual store. He barely even looked at our box of cards outside of the store and then turned us away. Owner himself was very unprofessional and rude.

The girl who “talked” to me deserves 1 star. I walk up no electric, but door is open. I’m greeted by the girl at the door and she says we’re closed. I ask if they will open up if power comes back on? Response was “no”. So I ask about some hobby boxes and she was not helpful. Meanwhile the lights come on and she says they are still closing. I’m not how many $500-$1000 boxes they sell a day, but they missed one today!

Stopped in the other day, the young lady working wasn't rude, just a little short. So I can see where some people would say it's rude but i didn't completely get that vibe. The prices were 5-10x of comparisons, notable ones I remembered were the romeo langford autograph is $50 compared to comps on ebay being well under $10, A Shaq rookie, which is $5 at a card show i was just at, 70. but it's their store so they can make their own prices, so it's not really a big deal to me personally. Just kind of feels like they are trying to take advantage of the customer instead of having a fair exchange. Also not being able to be on my phone as a grown adult was weird. Felt like I was in high school trying to hide my phone from the teacher despite being a grown man. but that's their policy so it's their business, their rules, but just super awkward and weird. My biggest gripe was that there definetly was an interesting (not in a good way) odor in the store as well. After being a regular at every other store in the area, I can safely say this is easily the worst one by a mile. Save your time (and all your money) and Go 0.8 miles up the road to the new store Clarksville Sports Cards. Their owner is super polite and well mannered, helpful and willing to accept some of his cards prices are outdated and is willing to reason with you. He's worth your business forsure. No doubt.

Also the Owners' answers are super rude and out of line, I wouldn't have even stepped foot in store if i had read these. Would never support a nasty person like that. I saw the 2.3 stars and thought, "Eh; i'll give it a shot". but i can say I am surprised it is not lower. I am expecting the same childish response to my post but I will pay it no mind.

I’d give 0 stars if I could!! Worst card shop we’ve ever been to and we’ve been to a lot of shops and shows. The lady working would not let my husband hold a card that he asked to see. She said, with it being a $300 card she could not allow for him to touch it. I have never in my life heard of such a thing!! He even offered to let her hold $300 of our money while he looked at it and she asked him why he wanted to hold it to look at it. Duh, obviously to see the condition of the card to decide if we want to purchase it. HORRIBLE customer service and I let her know that as we walked out. This is why they have such low reviews. We buy, sell and trade cards almost everyday. We have held cards worth far more that $300. Do NOT waste your time, shop elsewhere!!

5 years worth of reviews, and an overwhelming amount of them are extremely negative. The workers are rude to customers while in the store, and the owner is combative to people sharing their experience on here. It is truly amazing that they don't offer anything that their potential customers want, yet they are still in business. SAVE YOUR TIME, AND GO TO LOUISVILLE SPORTS CARDS. They are actually super nice and offer free sleeves and top loaders if you are ripping in store.

Walked in excited to look at the selection of cards they had as I had not been to this place. Was watched like a hawk for almost the entirety of the time I was there which made it uncomfortable BUT I understood. I was told they don’t buy or trade cards which was disappointing, BUT I understood. Then was told prices were firm even if you bought multiple cards, and I was not allowed to snap pics of any cards to check prices. “It’s just policy” was what I was told. Prices were HIGH! It’s a disservice to the sports card community and especially those looking to get into the hobby. And All American Sports Cards, before you say “we can pull security and surveillance footage” like you have on so many other reviews (which is a terrible way to manage reviews btw for any business owner), examine your business model and strategy and make some positive changes. Work with people and make it a positive experience so that we want to come back. Oh well. Won’t return. Disappointing.

*** In response to the owners response: Keep telling yourself that you’re competitive while the rest of us drive 5 min down the road to the other card shop where you feel welcomed, offer fair prices, they don’t treat you like a convict, and have a way better selection. Been in business 17 years and made probably a 3 dollar profit. Congrats to you! Again, this owners responses to customers tells you all you need to know. Beware!

Based on the owner’s responses to criticism alone, this may be the worst business in Indiana. His animosity and blatant disdain for customers is on full display in each supercilious retort. I was looking for a card shop, but I always check reviews when the Google rating is this low. Glad I did- and I hope any potential customers will as well.
