We're in town for a wedding. Customer service was excellent. Hotel very clean. Staff very accommodating. Breakfast was great with a large variety. Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast attendant got crayons and coloring sheets to keep the kids busy while the adults caught up as we hadn't seen each other in awhile. Thumbs up overall. We will be back

Very nice place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were super clean. There's a bar and restaurant on site so we never had to leave. And the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Lots to choose from and menu changed daily. Fresh fruits pastries plus good old fashioned bis and gravy . Front desk check us in quickly and was very friendly even though they were extremely busy. Breakfast attendant went out of her way and made me and my friends scrambled eggs on request even though she was serving fried eggs. And she was extremely busy as well. Will definitely be back. Axing job guys!!

The bed was almost as comfortable as mine at home. The check-in process was easy. The room was clean. The price was just a bit above average. When we arrived, it seemed empty, but after 6 p.m., many construction workers came to claim their rooms.

This was my 2nd time time staying there. The first was right after it opened. 2 years later and everything was still great! Very clean and comfortable! I prefer to stay in Newport closer to family but until Cobblestone, there weren't any clean options. As long as the cleanliness and value remains at this high level and comparable to options 30 minutes away, I will continue o stay here a the Cobblestone.

Check in was super fast and friendly. We arrived about 2 am and just wanted to sleep after a long haul. As soon as you walked in the room it was a very humid, moldy smell. I was too tired to complain until we got in bed. It was so humid the entire bedding was full of moisture. I called the front desk and they gave me another room that was a lot better. It was still humid but at least the bed was dry. Front desk explained that the area does get very humid. This was in September. When we checked out I noticed they had dehumidifiers going in the hall (as pictured). The whole building needs a dehumidifier. The place is nice and good service but I won’t be stopping in the area again due to the horrendous humidity.

It was amazing, Rooms where very clean and front desk stuff was excellent. Friendly and home feeling at this hotel. It's the best one in the area that I stayed in, I look forward staying there every time I travel through Newport, AR|Front desk stuff is always friendly and helpful.
