Mind Forge CrossFit is more than just a gym. It’s a community!

I was really nervous about trying CrossFit for years, but after my old boxing gym closed, I needed to find “something.”

Based on the recommendation from a friend, I tried Mind Forge, and I have to say it was the best decision I’ve ever made.

The trainers are amazing, and go out of their way to help you succeed. I can’t thank Coaches Jenn, Keith, Hunter, Alex and the rest of the team enough for always looking out for us members.

You will also enjoy the community of members. Everyone is so supportive and friendly. It's just a great, positive atmosphere!

I’ve never experienced a gym like Mind Forge before, and I highly recommend it to my friends, family, and you!

We started at Sweat Factory about 2.5 years ago. I was looking for someplace that had a teen specific class to help my son pull out of that homebody lifestyle. Sweat Factory was the perfect solution!! I ended up joining myself about 2 months later.

All of the gym members are welcoming, helpful and encouraging. The coaches are wonderful and knowledgeable. The workouts are built to readily accommodate everyone's fitness levels and the coaches are great about offering additional tailoring to a person's specific limitations. Truly the only person you are competing with there is yourself.

My son used to dread exercise. Since joining Sweat Factory, he's run a few 10Ks, is training for a half marathon, and is trying out for his school's weightlifting team. What a difference this gym and its community has made!

After recently moving from the Tampa area one of our biggest concerns was leaving our amazing CrossFit family and finding another in the Clermont area. I can honestly say Sweat Factory CrossFit has become our new home and have been welcomed with open arms. I gotta say, I’ve worked out in so many gyms and different styles but these people have my heart (and sweat 😂). They feel like family. Some of the best feelings are when you are the last one finishing and thinking of giving up, the other athletes go to you and cheer you and urge you to not give up. What kind of gym does that?! They do!! And when you are slacking, expect a text message to keep tabs on you 😅

All in all I have been doing CrossFit for around 10 years and by far this is the best CrossFit community I have belonged to. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Coach Jenn is amazing, she holds you accountable, teaches you what is right and wrong so that you don’t injure yourself and makes it fun! Sweat Factory CrossFit is #1 in my book!!
