Clean, well- kept park. Beautiful, paved, tree-lined walkways throughout the park. The playground was enjoyed by the many children as parents sat visiting while watching the kids play. The trees were in fill bloom as people fished in the small pond. The event room was spacious allowing for a mid-size gathering as well.

I've been enjoying the pond at the end of the park in spring/summer 2024. The landscaping is a work in progress but I'm looking forward to seeing the transformation of the Butterfly Garden managed by Purdue Master Gardeners of Whitley County. There is a path around the pond that's shaded in the afternoon. It's great for walks, runs and bicycling. You can fish in the pond.

This is a great park with a lot to offer. There are two playgrounds to accommodate all age groups, splash pad, skate park, baseball fields with concession stand, and a pond for those who want to sit and enjoy nature. The only reason I gave this park 3 stars is because the bathroom was disgusting!!!

It is a very fun and active place to talk a walk by yourself or bring your family. There are trails leading into the surrounding forrest, and across the Blue River. You can also rent the pavilions for family functions, parties, reunions, etc, and the near by skate park is a lot of fun in the summer time. At the very end of the main road is a little pond with a bunch of beautiful flowers and mushrooms that anyone can go and appreciate.

For my first time visiting here today, the trails are a little confusing at first but once you figure it out, it’s not bad. Trails are excellent and fun for running… or even walking… trails are narrow and wind around and have varied levels of terrain… Loved running the trails. I came out here closer to dark so I didn’t get through all of it. Will be back. Nice little place…

Disappointed with the facilities. Fields are very close in proximity. This causes a lot of disruptions with foul balls on all the fields. The dugouts are only 4-6 feet apart from one field to the other. There is too much congestion around the backstops.
The biggest complaint you heard from spectators was the lack of seating for the price. You have to bring your seating.
The tournament was spread out over 3 days for only six teams 🤦‍♂️ You had to buy the $20 a person band to attend the 3 games.
