I paid almost $200 for private party when we got there there was still decorations on wall the floors were dirty af my 1 year old that wee had party for couldn’t even sit on floor it was so disgusting , the pizza was damn near burnt. Play area was just as bad and didn’t really even have time to play. For a first birthday was crazy to me and it didn’t even seems like they cleaned the room 🤢and on top of that it was freezing

This could be a great place, but it is absolutely filthy and dangerous. It is an ill repair. There is raw building material stacked everywhere Such a hazard for children. There is a film of debris all over the play equipment and Lord knows what that is. It looked like insulation and dirt.The party rooms are disgusting. The stairs leading up to the upstairs so called party room was so unstable and not secure. The walls on the upstairs parting room were wobbly and very insecure. The area had trash and food from the day before strewn about. There is no oversight and just Pure chaos, filth and unsafe structures. It’s not even fit for a dog park. It should be shut down. I’m sure if the fire inspectors or building inspectors would pay a visit They would shut them down immediately. Protect your kids, Avoid this filthy unsafe Establishment.

Our family had an amazing experience at this trampoline park, and I have to give a special shout-out to two exceptional employees, Bradley and Braden. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, making sure everyone had a great time. But what really stood out was how they helped my nephew when he hurt his ankle. Bradley came over to assess the situation, offered comfort, carried my nephew down from the trampoline platform, and made sure he was cared for. Braden then carried my nephew all the way out to the car.

Aside from that, they were also running rides and managing concessions with a smile, handling everything efficiently while still taking the time to interact with guests.

It’s clear that both of them are hardworking, friendly, and go above and beyond to create a positive experience for everyone. Thanks to Bradley and Braden, we had a fantastic visit despite the little hiccup. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this trampoline park to anyone looking for a fun and welcoming environment!

This place had a decent variety of activities for the kiddos. Gave us a reasonable price. Staff are nice and accommodating.

If you're planning a party in the colder months, do not plan one here. There is absolutely no heat in this building! Also, beware of what you order. They charge you for a full pitcher of soda and you get more ice than soda. No refills! Kids are cold and complaining. Emily just came in and helped with the heat, after originally being told there was no heat. She tried to make it as nice as possible.

This indoor playground offers a wide variety of activities for kids to run around and play on. In addition to the extensive play structures, there’s also food available for order, virtual reality experiences, and various games to keep children entertained. The facility provides a fun and engaging environment for families.

We Have brought our Grandchildren here to The Play Zone Twice now !! We all Love this place ❤️ Great prices! Great Pizza 🍕 Great fun for all ages 😀 So much fun and great people that work here !!! Definitely be back..!! You'll love it too !!

This place needed a few updates and a few games/machines weren’t operating, but all in all it was a really cool place. My kids really enjoyed it and the price was great!
