Un gran lugar para esquiar o hacer snowboard con buenas vistas, una pena que sea tan caótico ya que no ha demasiada supervisión adulta, tuvimos que esperar 1h por la comida

Our first time to ski 😊We got the 1 hr lesson to ski with Jay and Joe at 12.30. They are professional and really helpful with wonderful attitude to teach, so we learned a lots from them and my daughter got really excited. We were there all day. So much fun

I'm so disappointed about our trip to sundown after hearing such amazing things about the resort. The snow was decent and the hills are great but the service was so bad we debated leaving. Absolutely no organization and crowded no matter what lodge you go to. Waited 45 minutes for our food just for them to mess up my boyfriends burger (gave him a chicken sandwich) everything just seems so unorganized here from the lifts to the lodges. If you want a nice relaxing day in a fun environment I suggest spending an extra $20 bucks and going to chestnut in galena

Took our kids skiing for th first time ever today. We paid for the group lesson which was $15 for an hour and the instructors were absolutely incredible. My son was super nervous about the chair lift and they gave him some one on one time and he mastered it and was so proud of himself. We are incredibly impressed

Groups be Ware!! Whatever you do not plan a group event here. Very unfriendly. Thier customer service is trouble. VERY disorganized. We set a group event on their website for patents to sign up their girls and pay for their meals. The site would not link waivers to the girls. When asked how doe we as a group lead see that all the girls have paid for their meals and completed their waivers, was told they don't have any of the waivers and there is no way for Sundown to pull the information. Parents had to fill out the waiver many times and still are not sure we will have everything completed for our trip. Email are short answers. try to get on the group lead site the day of our trip and they took it down. So, I can't see what the girls ordered. I called to ask them to open the site was told they can't do that. I just hope all my girls will be able to participate in the event and that sundown has all the waivers they need and that they have all the food orders ready. We will get through this event, but we will not be returning!! If I could leave 0 start I would.

Where to start with this horrid place, parents use this as a daycare which creates too many hazards on the slopes, ticket prices are through the roof and comparable to resorts seven times as big, food prices are insanely high for no reason, this place is in town in a major city there’s no reason to raise prices of food when the resort isn’t remote, lodges are ran by middle schoolers who don’t know what they’re doing with no adult supervision, service for both the coffee shop and the bar are very slow and again ran by little kids. Lift lines aren’t managed correctly and the take off area of the lifts are absurdly sloped making people uncontrollably run into each other, it’s nice to know the sundown owners are just money hungry people taking advantage of the resort in half of Iowa
