They helped a friend of mine send a christmas 40k box to me all the way in Tucson Arizona with priority shipping when he was struggling with Games Workshop... Can definitely say I will pay them a visit when I head over! Absolutely lovely people here!

They work with tcg online and have taken so many people's money but have shipped 0 cards to people. Forcing the website to do refunds. What a joke of a place.

43 year old tabletop gamer/miniature painter/30+ years of experience here. This is the best gaming store I've seen in Iowa for a really long time. In many ways, the best compared to many I've seen in other states/larger cities. It often has the 80s and 90s nostalgic feel to it. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and encourage participation in events without being pushy. This place fosters a non toxic atmosphere of "gaming community" that is inclusive with a huge variety in inventory. While other middle aged persons would drink coffee at the local convenience store talking sports or politics; I can easily see this place as my haunt to have some snacks, share some games and my experience during my retirement years. It's just "that" kind of place. Get out there and check it out if you haven't!

They have WILD BILLS SODA. It is the only company that provides all caffeine free and is run by veterans. I love that comic world supports veterans. The games we get there have always been fun and the staff is so helpful and nice.

Popped in on my way traveling across Iowa. Was surprised to find a good selection of back issues, and not just 90s glut or from the past two years. Was able to fill a few holes from the late 70s and early 80s. Suspect I would have found more if I'd had more time and if they had the capacity to organize more of their back issues boxes. Promising location, look forward to visiting again! (Was also very pleased with the variety of trade paperbacks they had - not just standard superhero fare!)

We stop in everytime we are in Dubuque. Staff is always helpful and friendly, and knowledgeable. Great selection of games, figures, dice, and more. If you're into these things, you should check this place out. You won't be disappointed.
