Went there during leagues since my son likes to play in the arcade and not bowl. Tried to play their racing game, and it kept taking money off the card but never allowed me to play it.

Asked for help, and they had no idea where their manager was. They said she was wearing a yellow shirt… OK, thanks for telling me what she was wearing, I guess.

They said I could wait, and she would be around. I waited for 15 minutes, and nothing, while the two behind the counter just stood there. She never showed up.

We finished our card on the other games and still never saw the manager our entire time there.

I visit Cadillac every week and Nicole and Brent always treat me and my family such respect. They are very helpful and always solve any issues I have ever had while visiting there. The food is great and Erin in the kitchen goes above and beyond with her service! Thankful for all of you!

We like Cadillac XBC, period. It’s been nicely updated and the staff are friendly. They seek to make bowling fun! New Year’s Eve is especially fun… family packages are available. We also appreciate the summer family bowling package - it’s a great value. Try Cadillac XBC ASAP! (That’s a lot of letters!)

The games are a lot and prizes and pretty lame compared to other arcades. The kids liked the VR but the air hockey tables didn’t work well. The coin dozer machines didn’t work correctly either. The person behind the prize counter “jokingly” asked us to get them prizes which was a little off putting.

Food order got messed up and I asked them to remake the Irish Nacho’s (We just simply asked for no ranch on them) They agreed to remake, and after 20-25 minutes I checked in, and they hadn’t started. I came back after another 20 minutes and the cashier apologized and then asked the staff in the kitchen to remake them, the kitchen responded to him with “I am not remaking those damn nacho’s” … Uh okay.. The cashier then just up and walked away from me leaving me there at the counter with no answer. Disappointed in the lack of accountability here!

Awesome for kids.and adults.Maruice had so much fun on his birthday with his 2 best friend's. The pizza was awesome and the ladies in the kitchen were the best. I couldn't have asked for anything more. We will be back!! Thank you so much for everything!! We all really enjoyed ourselves. The Arcade room was so much fun as well..
