What an amazing theme park! This park easily has the best theming outside of Disney and Universal. The story is well-crafted and is carried through in the details found in each of the park's lands - from the lampposts to the concrete treatments and the music. There's a nice variety of rides. When we visited (on a Saturday in August), the park was uncrowded and there was virtually no wait for any of the attractions. The park is clean and well-landscaped. Food prices were reasonable. We'll be back - hopefully to ride the carousel and new roller coaster advertised as coming in 2025!

Me and my group had a lot of Fun!
Been wanting to explore this park since opening day.

However, the roller coasters were really rough. My back and shoulders hurt really bad after them. They were also really quick like 1-1.5 mins max.

Almost no shade kinda sucks but I understand because it's still new. The characters were so fun! Love the aspect of the park.

Food was good! Somewhat reasonable it's alright. Love the indoor spaces for them.

The dark ride was awesome was nice to experience an interactive ride like that in the Midwest.

Overall would recommend a vist definitely worth it!!! Needs some work but hey no where is perfect. Will be back in 2025!

This theme park was amazing! We had such a good time. We visited in July on “Be Someone Day”. Many members from the community were there like Fire, EMT, SWAT, etc. We are not from the area, but it was so nice to visit with those representatives and know that the park cares about their local community. The rides were great and the lines were nonexistent! The ride operators took their jobs seriously and were so careful to follow the rules to keep us safe. We constantly saw “Island residents” walking the park and interacting with us and other guests, which was very fun! A lovely employee in the restaurant even told us it was her first day, and we were so excited for her. She seemed pretty excited too! Theming was just as great as we see at parks in our backyard of central Florida. We especially loved Volkanu and Matugani. We had a lot of fun in the game area too. Hope to visit again someday, and see how much it’s grown!

We had so much fun & I can’t believe this place is in Iowa. My 4 year old had an absolute blast on so many rides and the characters were amazing; my child has autism & can sometimes be both standoffish & at other times far too close & the characters not only stayed in character but they were so sweet and patient. So much to do, the food was delicious, ride operators were thorough with ensuring safety & were very kind. Nothing but the best things to say about it. I do hope they continue to do more promotions like the Friday nights to help get more people in our area out there to see the magic!

Our family truly enjoyed our visit to Lost Island Theme Park!! There was plenty to do for the adults and older kids and also for the younger one (age 9 but plenty for littler ones too). It was fun and interactive with characters walking around and all the staff was great and friendly! Our favorites were the bumper cars and roller coasters. Also ate lunch (they have two indoor restaurant places) and food was good and quick to get! Lots of bathrooms and water fountains throughout the park as well. Everything was clean and the whole family had fun! We went on a Tuesday so hardly any lines but everything was open and ready for us to ride.

Went here for our first family vacation and it was amazing! Staff was friendly and welcoming, as well as meticulous about safety.
This park isn't as well known as its water park, so there were zero lines. Every ride was a walk on, which worked out really well for our multiple autistic kids.
Immediately when you walk in the thought that went into this park is evident, the different themed worlds are unique while still being cohesive with the rest of the park.
Everything is easily visible and I was able to let my older kid break off from the group occasionally to go ride rides the little ones couldn't.
The tamariki area is amazing for the little ones, my 2 year old was able to do all but 2 of the rides (with an adult)
We are already planning next summers trip back, it was well worth the 5 hour drive from Wisconsin!
We hope the theme park gets more business so they can stay open, it really is a fantastic park for all ages & abilities.

This place is AMAZING. We saw some YouTube videos about it, and made the drive down from the Twin Cities and it was so worth it! Lines were short, the staff was all incredibly fun and nice, parking was easy, and the characters from the lands were always walking around and interacting with people. We also ate at Whalebone and had chicken bites, fries, a rice bowl, and macaroni, and everything was delicious. We also enjoyed a cold brew and cinnamon pretzel. Though some of the rides went down for maintenance throughout the day, all became operational quickly, and the staff members were excited to welcome us into the lines and on the rides!

The best part about this park is how manageable is. It’s somehow wide open, but small enough that it’s not overwhelming. Everything is very open and airy, but every land is well-themed and easily-accessible. The pathways are so nice and roomy, so you’re never running into people. There are also some shady spots for a quick rest, and adequate seating everywhere. My only suggestion is that I’d like to see a few extra shops/shady spots in the next few seasons. We loved the Lost Island themed merch and would love more options!

It looks like they’re getting a new ride in 2025, and we will absolutely be making multiple trips back both before and after. We had such an amazing time and can’t wait for our next trip! I HIGHLY recommend a trip here. It’s so rare to find a park of this quality that’s not part of a chain (Disney, Cedar, etc.), and this park is so beautiful and clean, and has rides for every “thrill” level. I hope this one lasts forever! ❤️
