I am new to the ordering aspect of the Equipment Director for our youth football program. With that said, we are working with six different vendors - one of which is The Graphic Edge (MN) with TJ as our representative. Hands down, I could not be more pleased with TJ's patience and responsiveness to my questions and various orders. When providing us options, he not only includes a link to the product on their site but also includes the price breaks which helps along with the little things that might cost us extra.
Of the vendors we are working with, The Graphic Edge turn around has been fairly quick despite this being a prime time for ordering. Their customer service staff was able to work with our Club Treasure on establishing an account to allow for seamless billing and are prompt with sending invoices. Looking to next year, we do plan on reducing the number of vendors and it will be my recommendation to move (at a minimum) a portion of the other orders to The Graphic Edge.

Graphic Edge was amazing, quick, and efficient to work with. We had multiple designs made up for us, and always altered in a timely matter if an adjustment was requested. We haven’t received our products yet, but I am sure they will be perfect. The customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced. Our order got delayed due to a change in our design, but they still made our deadline which was only a week! Would recommend this company to anyone!

I have ordered from Graphic Edge for the last 7 years! I have never been more impressed with a company. Artwork is always exactly what I want and if I don't like it they fix it till its perfect. Ordering is easy and being able to reorder for the same price is great if I'm need extras. My rep Garrett is totally awesome. He does everything I ask and then some. I will never order from any other company. Thank you for all you guys do to make your customers happy! I recommend this company to everyone!

Great products and good service for the most part. I started out working with a corporate account specialist which was great but once the order was placed I was on my own. Not very good at following the customer until items are received. The graphics team could of also spent a little more time on my requests. Nothing big enough though to drive me away and will be a returning customer.

As always, great artwork, great quality, great price, great shipping time. I felt like the customer service was not the same quality as I've had in the past. I had to send e-mails on multiple occasions to get a response.

Update: 1/1/2021: I've used The Graphic Edge for the past 20 years for numerous clubs and organizations. The first 17-18 years, The Graphic Edge was my FAVORITE! Great customer service, great quality, and great prices. I recommended them to everyone that asked about shirts. The last few years, however, has seen a drastic decline in the customer service. It's very difficult to find someone to help customize orders beyond the "My Designs" page, and nearly impossible to get a response from them. Unfortunately, this year, our organization was forced to take our business elsewhere. The difficulty in shipping and filling orders is completely understandable this year, but zero customer response over several weeks is unacceptable.
