Great customer service! The staff was friendly and quick, despite being the only one there at the time with a few other rooms going on. It was my second time visiting this Escape Room here in Fresno, and I participated with my father and his friend. We all had a blast (and escaped Murder 2.0 with minutes to spare!) I definitely recommend getting the unlimited clues, especially with some of the more difficult rooms. I think his name was Kris? Anyways, I will be coming back to try some more.

We're visiting from out of town and wanted to do something fun, Xcape Room Fresno turned out to be a blast! My family had so much fun the first night we went back for another adventure the next day. We have done several escape rooms before and this was among the best. These puzzles were invented by the team themselves and not purchased kits, so we appreciated the originality and some of the challenges that we had not seen anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I dropped my teen son and his friends for an Xcape Room experience. Even though they didn't make it out they had a blast! My son wants to do it again. The staff leader was real helpful and gave them a couple of extra clues to help them out.

The staff was also very helpful with the booking. I plan on visiting the Xcape Room myself with some adult friends and family. Also my son accidentally paid for 5 but it was only 4 of them. The staff quickly refunded the money back to my card.

We had a great time! It took us the whole hour to finally get out but we did it. It's challenging & fun. The reason for 4 stars was the room was a little warm with all of us in there. 🤗

I recommend the Murder Scene 2.0 Escape Room. Granted it's the only one we did, but it was surprisingly good and has a lot more than you'd expect at initial viewing. We barely finished with 10 seconds left! But if we had paid a little more attention in certain school classes it would have been faster. And shoutout to Zeke! Extremely professional, good hints that still make you think and very positive!

We'll likely be going back with some friends to do Apocalypse:)

Did the Murder 2.0 room. To be hinest, the set decoration and special effects, even the story is lacking. They barely put any effort into the room
the special effects, and the story. Other escape rooms in Fresno are way better.

We had an amazing experience. The worker was very accommodating of our time and was quick and rapid when it came time for clues. The atmosphere of the room matched the experience and story behind it and gave us some frights. Overall a great time, would recommend to anybody looking for group fun
