Lived here for a year and the cons out-weighted the pros.
Pros: Nice condo layout, loved the garden style, friendly neighbors, lots of dogs.
Cons: Lots of crime. I had three packages stolen, many of my neighbors got packages stolen as well. Cars in the garages got broken into and car parts were stolen. One of my neighbors had a break in attempt. Management does not do anything to help with the crime, i did not feel safe here.

Terrible place. If you like having your car broken into and management refusing to address security concerns and ensuring the safety of the residents then this is the place for you. If you value your property and safety, find another place. My neighbor had their car broken into TWICE within a week. Three break-ins within the last week. No response from the property management.

Nice layout and community , plus easy access to highway. Not a long term option for me as it is a highly intrusive environment due to construction. Water has been shut off at least 10 times over the course if 1 year +, and twice a year they enter your unit for HVAC inspection. If you don’t mind the disruptions not a bad place to be.

Four level condo development. It has 1 to 2 bedroom units with full bath. Included is a fitness center, pool, parking garage with elevators. 5 short sales and bank owned properties in the past year. Rest of the sales were standard sales. It's close to high schools, northern Virginia community college. The exit for 395 interstate is less than a mile away. There are shops and fitness centers with walking distance. It's a great location

I was working on behalf of the homeowner on an issue that needed to be addressed before the unit went on the market. I worked with Jenna on the Palazzo management team and she assisted me with what she could. The team followed up with me to ensure everything was okay, after they spoke with the homeowner. I do appreciate the follow up and consider it an extension of their appreciation for positive tenant relations.

I'm a resident here and so far it's been nice but I just had the worst experience here. I really think it was just poor planning on management's part because they chose to do road work on the entire road to the garages blocking people from entering and exiting their garages for two days. Why would they do this during the week when people have work and children have school, school isnt over until Friday. Just a major inconvenience when your told you can't move your car and you have to pay for an uber smdh.

I love the garden style 4 level condominium. Conveniently located to 395. Small gym & can rent out lounge area. Lots of dog owners & garage parking.
