This is more for 5-9 years old kids. Smaller than other jump places around DC. This is Hidden within the St James building, behind the main entrance take first left. Found parking in rear. No trampoline here and costs more than other places. More like 3.5 out of 5 stars.

The $18 per child fee for a one-hour experience felt unreasonable. We arrived at 7:20 PM, but the obstacle course was already closed. Around 8 PM, the music and air-inflated play area were shut down. When I inquired, staff confirmed the indoor playground would close at 8:15 PM, despite the website stating it closes at 8:30 PM. I paid $38.19 for entry at 7:25 PM without being informed of the earlier closing time. When asked, the front desk worker explained the earlier closure was due to holiday season adjustments, but this was not communicated beforehand. Some areas were also unavailable, making the experience not worth the cost. Proper notice should have been provided before payment.

We booked a birthday party package here for my son's 7th birthday party and although the kids appeared to be having a good time, we were very disappointed with a few things. Let me start out by saying the party room was Nice, small, but sufficient, and our decorations fit the space perfectly. The staff was friendly and provided great customer service. The kids also enjoyed the play areas to include the nerf war zone.

My First concern was the food. The Pizza was Horrible... it was very doughy and barely had any sauce. Even the kids didn't want seconds, which resulted in boxes of wasted pizza and money. Most parents had to order additional options... the chicken tenders and wings were GOOD!! But how embarrassing to not be able to feed your guests. 2nd was the misinformation we received in regards to the toddler play area, non-existent. This place is more for children ages 4 and up, but we paid for additional kids in our package that were 2 and under and it was nothing for them to do. We would return for open play but I wouldn't recommend the party package unless you have a small party of 25 ppl max to include the children. Our party consisted of 20 children and about 25 adults.

I booked my boys 1st and 4th birthday party here. Upon my arrival, we get on the elevator and on the way to the “room” when the associate assigned to my party said “so there has been a mix up and we seemed to over book so we do not have a party room for you but we do have an area for you” the area was the concession stand area with two tables we used for set up the food and cake and four takes with 4 chairs per table. If it was a private area I wouldn’t have but as livid as I was. We booked the super awesome amazing package and it was NOT cheap. Therefore it was a smack in the face. Individuals that were not apart of our party were walking through to go to the concession stand looking over the cake and food. Just disrespectful!! They had no remorse. I should have known something was wrong because after they collected my 14 hundred dollars all communication stopped! The manager on duty I believe his name was Jake (I could be wrong) ensured I’ll get a refund for the additional guess I paid for in advance, pizza, juice, and Chips and dip. In the mix of it all, they popped my son #4 balloon. This was an extremely stressful experience that I wouldn’t waste another penny to do. I gave one star for the bartender that made me a complimentary pitcher of rum punch after noticing my distress. And another star because the kids had a ball. I would never book another party there but I would take my kids on a days outing.

Recently had my daughter party here
The communication is vague. I eventually was able book reservation. But after that I was concern as to why I hadn't been contacted as far as being confirm for my date. I was ensure all would be well but the day of my daughter party I ended up without a decorated room with nothing in the room. I wanted mermaid theme decor. Especially since saw online a well set up that drew m to book this place. I keep checking to make sure I would be good but ended up nothing . A party was before mine so the room was being used and afterwards top. Staff rudely prepared cotton candle in my party room while I still accompanied. Also I booked a Party to accommodate for 15 guests but was still charge for it. Despite 4 passes I didn't use and gave back unused writs bands. My total was more then what told. I didn't add anything so I don't understand why I was paying more then my given price. The staff told me they couldn't remove the costs of the 4 unused water passes. Simply alot to do here . Big facility. My daughter enjoyed her party but I don't like the fact I was lied to about party setup . I had a issue with that. They tried to tell me what they had as far as decorations but it doesn't equal up to what I wanted. No balloons nothing back drip nothing. Table setup to my theme of choice..another guests before me had same issue so they understood n gave there backdrop n balloons. That was a disappointment to me .1st time coming . My daughter enjoyed and so did I but I don't like that I was overcharged and without party room setup. My party hosts Jake was okay too. There is other things to do . They water park, arcade , moon bounce , n rock climbing are additional amenities to enjoy. My guests enjoy the popcorn and cotton candy which was additional added to my party. Parking on site but also members have passes so it gets full just to keep in mind.
