A fun experience. We enjoyed the challenge of interpreting the clues and liked the spirit assistance when we needed it. It was fun figuring out how to get to the next step. We liked the multiple rooms and the decor. Glad we made it out alive!

Was a super fun experience start to finish! My husband and I went with another couple and we finished with 2 minutes left and the game master was helpful along the way. Even with the moderate difficulty level, it was a good challenge and the clues weren’t too obvious. The ambience was really nice and the game was set up well. Would definitely recommend and we may try another one soon!

I had a great time at Puzzle Parlour and would definitely come again! I played the Alien game, which is a difficult one, and was able to finish it on my own in almost the time allotted.

Yaz was an incredible game master and made me feel comfortable and supported during the game. I will definitely come back!

This escape room was so fun! Did it around Halloween time, so we added the “fright” feature, which made it even more exciting!

Such a good time! We have been several times now and have loved each experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The room themes are fun and challenging. We definitely recommend The Puzzle Parlour for Birthday activities, family activities and adult group nights out.

We were really disappointed by our experience here. Our guide was so high she literally couldn't keep her eyes open or stop leaning against walls; the rooms were super-dingy with all kinds of dust bunnies and dirt behind the fixed furniture (someone could definitely get a vacuum back there); one of the "rooms" was barely a closet with unfinished walls; the first room was so dark we needed a flashlight the entire time and completely drained our phones since no one told us we needed to bring a flashlight with us; and finally, when we left, there was no one at the desk, so we just walked out - no "come again," "thanks for coming," "here's a discount for your next time," etc. It's really worn-down and it's essentially being run by staff who probably just started drinking legally - I don't think we would come back.

We had an absolutely amazing time From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The room itself was creative, challenging, and so much fun—we were fully immersed!

What really set them apart was their exceptional customer service. When our meter expired during the session, they not only took care of it for us but even covered the parking fee—talk about going the extra mile! They also gave us a bit of extra time to complete the room, which made the whole experience even better.

If you’re looking for a fun, stress-free escape room experience with a team that truly cares about their customers, this is the place to go. We can’t wait to come back and try another room!

It was really fun for our family of 3! Clues, codes, colors all mixed together but we finally made it with the help of ' Catherine'! Staff are very friendly and attentive. They gave clear and helpful clues if you needed. We enjoyed so much and will come back!
