My fiance and I played the Curse of the Hidden Temple room and the Jack Frost room and loved them both! The rooms were themed extremely well and everything worked wonderfully. The rooms were challenging but not overly difficult. Our GMs were very welcoming and affable and went out of their way to make our experience 10/10. We very much look forward to coming back and highly recommend to all!

If you're looking for a fun and memorable night out, Puzzle Connect Escape Room is the place to go! My friends and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and explained everything perfectly, making sure we were set up for success.

The room itself was so well-designed—challenging puzzles, creative clues, and immersive decor really brought the story to life. We were fully engaged the entire time and loved working together to solve each twist and turn.

It’s clear that a lot of thought and effort went into making this an unforgettable adventure. Whether you're planning a date night, a team-building event, or just a night out with friends, I can't recommend Puzzle Connect enough. We’ll definitely be back to try another room!

Excellent experience.

Puzzle build quality is high. Some are more intuitive, some require a bit more finagling. The puzzles are built to be handled by small and larger crowds. They have the opportunity to book for minimum of two people.

The team clearly thought everything through in the construction and accessibility.

Only down side is that they currently only have three rooms. Hope to see more from them!

We had the owner, Frank as our game master, very fun experience! Clean facility, very nice. He was very welcoming and made it a great experience for us.
We did the Candy Shop, which was a very good difficulty for varying age ranges. We got out with enough time.
Will definitely be coming back to do future escape rooms!

Put your phones down and go to PuzzleConnect to experience a fun & challenging game in real life. I've now done two escape rooms at PuzzleConnect with my family - The Candy Shoppe and Curse of the Hidden Temple. Both were an hour filled with laughing, curiosity, clever thinking and many "AHA!" moments. You're immersed in a story that you want to help solve. The love, time, energy and design that the owners and creators, Christina & Frank, have poured into PuzzleConnect is clearly evident as soon as you walk in the door. The escape rooms are like beautifully designed movie sets and the attention to detail is incredible. Their reservation and check-in process is seamless and super easy. The staff always welcoming and smiles. I urge you to go - you will not be disappointed.

We have completed 53 escape rooms across the country and world to date, and PuzzleConnect is honestly the top venue. We have completed all 3 of their rooms, and they are a perfect balance of fun, difficulty, and tech. Their customer service is top notch as well. They know exactly where you are at every step and are quick to respond with the appropriate hint. A little pricey at $44/person but worth it. Highly recommend!

What a fun way to spend the afternoon!!! Our host Frank was amazing, very kind and a wonderful puzzle master. Everyone had an amazing time. The puzzle was a perfect difficulty level - tough enough to keep us engaged but easy enough to solve. The puzzles were engaging and great fun! We had people in our party ranging in age from 70s to 20s and everyone had a blast! We all agreed that we would definitely do another room!

We are also very grateful because, even though it is not part of their policy, they were willing to reschedule us because of half my party had a bad illness when we first scheduled. Thank you so much for accommodating us due to the unforeseen illness! Such amazing family owned local business.
