Best Movie Theatre in the area! Prices are cheap. Very clean and Historical! Use to be an old Opera House. It has great views from all seats and even has balcony seats. The front row doesn't hurt your neck as it sits far enough away from the screen and stage floor. You can even reserve the facility for events like the band they had last month.

Our family travels from Southern California to IA annually and we always stop at the Opera house. It's so rich with history! It's a historical gem that we hope will be around for many many years to come!

Always a great place to catch a show. Great prices on the movie and snacks. It's clean, has nice restrooms, and a dark theater with excellent sound. What else could you want? Oh yeah, the movie! They always have first run movies, and they switch them every week. So eventually every show comes through. It's nice to know you can catch àny and all movies there. Great restaurants are nearby, so you can grab a bite before the movie. I recommend this place.

All I can say is if they don't show it here, I won't see that movie! Cheap admission, load up on anything and everything I want from the concession stand and still don't pay $20! Got to love the Small Town Theaters!

Old skool theatre...great price for move and popcorn and drink. Get all three for $11. Movies are fairly current. Sound system is good and place is very clean. Only one show available.

As always, the Operahouse staff were welcoming and friendly, the popcorn was the best (and they use real butter!), and the movie started right on time. I so appreciate having the theater in town so we can see current movies without breaking the bank.

Worth the drive. Small theater, but is very well kept up. Extremely reasonable for pricing. Admission for 4 with 2 large popcorns and 4 medium drinks was only $29. They show movies that are about 3 weeks after they have been released.
