Stayed for the weekend for the first time. It's a cute little farm with camping areas and a couple of cabins. They have a bathroom with a shower ($2) and an outhouse. Camping was $15 a night per tent. Which is awesome compared to other camping places. There is also a river right next to it, so it's quite a beautiful spot.

Dixie and Tim were every accommodating. I love this quiet and beautiful location. It was very convenient having a canoe landing right at camp, they also offer in season shuttle service up the river (2, 4 or 6 hour float times) and canoe / kayak rentals. Dog friendly! Restroom and Shower on site.

Hubby and I only had one night at the farm but we enjoyed it very much. Fishing the river right next to camp and the big bright starry view at night was our favorite part. Bathrooms were very nice and they offer a lot of amenities we didn’t have time to utilize. Will definitely be back with the kiddo for a longer stay.

we took a group of teenagers out here for a couple days of camping and canoeing. we had a blast. the campground's location is great, right next to the river and a cool bridge, and there is plenty of wide open, mowed space to spread out and have fun. at this campground you have access to a clean, modern bathroom which we thought was great! we rented a trailer-full of canoes and kayaks for the long (6-hour paddle) river trip. they were very accommodating with the shuttle and the equipment was good. the river was awesome - we spent 8 hours out there - and we felt like champions when we were done. The campground and management were relaxed and enjoyable.

Very friendly family. Cabin was adorable. Nature/sight seeing on the river is amazing. Not a glamp site, but far from rough camping. Almost no mosquitos, but a lot of flys.

This is a really beautiful campground. There's not a lot of shade but it's next to a lovely bluff and river. It's easy to find with GPS and you're minutes away from a Walmart, gas and fast food. There's only one shower so you can run into a lengthy wait. We'd go here again.

Most of the reviews look old so I thought I would share our recent experience from this weekend there. We arrived Thursday morning & filled our 5th wheel with the water they have available at a yard hydrant. It’s orangish/yellow. NOT clear/clean at all. I asked the lady at the counter about it & her exact words to me were….we don’t drink it but our dogs do, they haven’t got sick. It was gawd awful!! Anyways, we were told to park down below with our friends in the field. Mind you, zero gravel pads/spots. You park in an open field & string your power cord to the receptacle. They had a LOT of rain over the weekend so the grass quickly turned to a muddy mess. They did tell us, if you get stuck leaving Monday morning, we will pull you out with a tractor. Now, this morning rolls around & they tell us they’re leaving for their daughters place & basically ‘good luck getting out’ which we did with 4x4. They let their dogs run all over the place with no regard for our privacy at our site. Random dogs just show up to say hi & potty wherever they need. Now, we love dogs so that’s not as big of a deal for us but beware if you don’t like dogs or have dogs that are aggressive twds other dogs bc theirs WILL come see you. A bundle of firewood is 20.00 for about 14 sticks. It’s 2.00 for a shower. It’s 20.00 for them to take you up river & drop you off with your canoe/kayak. I wished I could’ve said I enjoyed our weekend there and did bc our friends were with us, but the camping & amenities are SO FAR lacking. I would look elsewhere in the future.
