The staff is super helpful, very knowledgeable, and creative they go out of their way to help their patrons. The library has many online portals. It is a great resource for the community. I feel lucky to have a wonderful place to visit.

Popped in to visit when we thought we were moving to Iowa in 2016, but the women on the staff were so rude and arrogant, we never went back.
I wonder if it is better now?

The FF library is one of my go-to sacred places. It is a palace of zen scented with hints of stories of fantastic novels touched by a variety of individuals....the employees are absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable of their job. I will never not love this library. It is my happy place.

Story Time at the Fairfield Public Library is outstanding. Ms. Sara plans thematic reads with coordinating songs and craft projects. Very fun and very inviting. The library offers a variety of events - highly recommend!

Good library for the small-town area. Spacious and various materials. Sometimes the customer service seems a little "frustrated" with customers, but then again I am sure some of it is well-deserved. They keep it clean and I know that it will keep your child entertained for a while!

This library is absolutely wonderful. For a small town the collection is very good. They take purchase requests and often buy new books that are well reviewed. Put your tax dollars to work! The librarians are saints.
