Great experience lotta fun help us move along even when we were frustrated we press through and it was a really good experience. The place is clean and unassuming and has a good vibe. Definitely do all the real escape rooms. I haven’t tried the VR yet we plan to.

Did an escape room the lab one. It was only 2 of us playing but we did pretty good. It was definitely challenging but they staff is very helpful and give you clues. This room will make you think. They also have axe throwing if you want to purchase that. Cool fun vibes, plenty of refreshments and table games to play if you’re waiting. Marcus and the manager were very great and helpful

Absolutely amazing escape room! I’ve done several escape rooms before, and I can honestly say that The Escape Zone at Axe Habits in Miami is the best I have ever visited!! I did The Vampire Room, and it was so complex and immersive. There were multiple rooms and intricate puzzles much more sophisticated than simple old school lock and keys. Ricky was the best! Highly recommend and would definitely come again!

DO NOT GO TO THIS ESCAPE ROOM!

This was hands down the WORST escape room experience we’ve ever had. One of the employees disappeared and completely ignored our walkie-talkie calls, leaving us trapped and clueless for almost TWO HOURS in the room (the escape room time was only supposed to be 1 hour). There was no timer in the room, and they locked up our phones, so we had no way of knowing how much time had passed.

Because of their unprofessionalism, we were extremely late to our next destination. Even worse, we could have received a $200 parking ticket because we went over our time—something that never would have happened if the staff had done their job. To make matters worse, when we realized the room wasn’t even locked, we had to let ourselves out because no one was monitoring us. This is beyond unacceptable.

When we spoke to the owner, Irene, she offered us a free game instead of the refund we rightfully deserved. We don’t even live in Miami, so this wasn’t a real solution. And her excuse? She claimed a "bad experience is subjective." Seriously?! Leaving paying customers stranded for two hours with no communication isn’t subjective—it’s just BAD SERVICE.

Save yourself the frustration and go to a real escape room where they actually care about their customers.

We had a great time!!! Unique and different puzzles. The room followed a great storyline. Marcus gave awesome clues without just telling us the answer!!!

We've done over 50 escape rooms and this one is one of my favorite rooms. Odin's hidden temple was very well put together from start to finish. Our game master Thomas was cool as hell!!
