This place is ridiculous. I booked an appointment today afternoon for later tonight around 9pm. The place called me at 7pm to confirm if I will arrive on time. I was still waiting for the restaurant so I was not sure if we will be able to arrive at 9pm, and I asked to change my appointment to 9:30pm. They said ok at first, then called me again at 8pm saying that they cannot change the appointment, they can only keep the 9pm appointment or cancel it. I told them just keep the same appointment and give me a call at 8:40pm to confirm everything. However, they called me again 3minutes later to notify me that if I want to keep the appointment, i will need to pay for the room service from 9pm no matter what. This is the worst experience i have ever. I cannot believe they wanted to get my authorization to charge me the service fee an hour before my appointment. And keep calling me three times to ruin my Friday evening with my family. They only consider themselves and do not care how customers feel. They act very unprofessional and definitely not respectful to the customers. I do not recommend anyone to come to this place.
