Today I experienced terrible customers service. There's a main line that is out and a number of neighbors are out of water and from my understanding and email that I received it Will be 24 hrs until it is restored or longer.

That's not the issue. The issue is, when I called to get that INFORMATION the customer Representative told me that i needed to go and buy plenty of water, got smart with me when I asked do you think it will be some sort of compensation? She said in a nasty tone, "Why would you be compensated?" I told her for one we have kids, family, work and we have to purchase water and boil it to get ourselves together, what do you mean? She preceded to tell me that she just got there and told me that since Graysville get their water from Birmingham water works, I should give them a call. She said some other things and hung up in my face. I called her back to try to speak to some type of authority but told her that that's not my d@mn job, we are the customers of Graysville and they should provide answers for us especially if we're going through them for water. They should call birmingham water works and give us answers and don't provide horrible customer service while doing it.

Scammers. $90 water bill on an empty vacant house. “Well must be a leak?” Well how did it fix itself? Not the first time they have scammed residents with their water bill.

Worst utility company in the state. The most mismanaged and least maintained water lines I have ever experienced. By far horrible service and experience.

Do not move any where this company cover's. They charged us for a month of service we did not live there ..then still have excuses and bs why they can't give back the rest of my deposit...I am scared to get my gas turned on because they will come up with something to charge for and keep that deposit also...guess we will freeze or go buy electric heaters....oh and on top of everything they keep sending us bills...they sure want their money but don't want to give back customers money... terrible place and terrible city
