Overcrowded. Unsafe. Apathetic Staff. Too loud.

Overcrowded: I've been to a few trampoline parks and I have never seen this many people jammed into one space. It really felt like an accident waiting to happen which leads me to:

Unsafe: Accidents happen. And when they do, wow these kids get hurt, bad. It was really no surprise this was going to happen. When 2 kids collided in front of me, blood everywhere. Blood that was left in place for other kids to jump on because ...

Apathetic Staff: Honestly? The people watching the floor? They need to be fired. One guy was doing absolutely nothing but swinging his ID badge around, nearly hitting kids, mine included. I wanted to wring his neck, but didn't want to ruin the party we were there for. The same staff couldn't be bothered to mop up the blood or close down the area with blood in it. Lazy and unsanitary. Same thing in the men's room - the lazy employee "cleaning" the restroom refused to restock paper towels when he was done.

Too loud: the kids screaming are table stakes. It was the dang PA system and the employees screaming into it which made it absolutely impossible to hear what was being announced. I tried asking a few others if they understood what was just said and it was the same experience for them as well.

Let this review be a warning to others who are planning on visiting. Avoid this place. We won't be returning.

LOVE this place! I have two littles, and it’s such a great place to take them when it rains, or even just something fun to do to wear them out in the mornings before nap! If you’re like me and have two kids, definitely sign up for the Elite membership for a family of 4! Such a great deal! And if a parent wants to jump then it’s still only a $10 add-on, about $40/month! We love this place.

My first time with my 5 year old. Prices are very fair, and my girl enjoyed herself as did I watching her jump,swing tumble and flip. I wanted to mention that I appreciated the staff being attentive and keeping the little ones safe . Every kid had a turn and they kept the
Hecticness well ran, the experience was enjoyable. I recommend Defy for 5 years and older. Not much to do for little, little ones.

Just want to say Adeline is the best , she always greeting us and making us feel special. Then now every time we come to sky zone my boy is always happy to see her when she is here. Then always when he see’s her it brings him a smile and goes says hi to her.

Overpriced but still fun. On a week day morning it was dead. My real reason for leaving a review is because one of the workers, Noah, is incredible. Played with the kids and wore them out, while still doing his job. They need to employ many more people like him. People who enjoy being there and have fun with the kids. Not the grumpy ones yelling at them constantly. Thanks Noah!
