Erik teaches good techniques and really cares about the proper way of doing each exercise. The trainers are very helpful and the gym is not intimidating. I feel very comfortable and gaining knowledge of a better way to get healthy.

I first attended ReCode as a member, curious about the style of training Erik was programming. I grew up as an athlete doing the traditional strength training, body building and heavy lifting but I knew this was different…Not sure what to expect, I entered the gym ready to get myself back on track and I haven’t turned back!!! My mobility, flexibility, and strength are all at the best that it has been BUT most of ALL my back pain from the years of back-squats and deadlifts has NOT been an issue! I feel AMAZING!!!
Now, not only am I part of the ReCode family as a member but I believe in this programming so much that I decided to quit my desk job to help others meet their fitness goals by diving back into becoming a full time trainer at ReCode!!!

Virtus is unlike any other gym that I know of. The programming is varied and intentional. It never gets too repetitive. The coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. They do a great job of meeting you where you're at in your training and then taking it to the next level whether you're just getting started or a competitive athlete. If you want to build well-rounded strength, I can't think of a better place. Good vibes all around, and I've really enjoyed being a member for the last 5 years.

I truly enjoy being a member at Virtus. I was very new to raining and honestly a little intimidated by the thought of lifting any type of weights. Virtus it’s like a family everybody encourages you and helps you to feel supported.The trainers truly care about you and are always willing to help you achieve your goal. Robbin is my coach on Mondays and Fridays she’s always so patient and makes working out fun. I still have a ways to go but I’m not where I was. I’m so glad I’m a member at Virtus Strength Club and you will be too! Join our family your won’t regret it!

Virtus is a family oriented gym with the best coaches. They are motivational and push you to try new things that you didn’t think you could achieve. Going to Virtus gave me self confidence and strength mentally and physically. Coach Erick and his team are the best.

Virtus is a one of kind training facility. Virtus coaches are the best at knowing how to train each person as well as help with any issues one might have. I've been a member since day one and I love it! Each week is different and Virtus is always adding new workouts and it's never a dull workout. Erik trains all level athletes from ufc to the mother of 4. Erik and staff treat every with respect and dignity. I love virtus because there was a time where I couldn't come in for like 3 months Erik took it apond himself to send me the workouts and customized them so I was able to still train. Virtus is very family oriented I always feel welcomed and always love hanging out with staff and members outside of the gym. Erik and staff can help with any goals. Erik helped me lose 20lbs with a custom diet plan. Highly recommend Virtus!

Absolutely amazing staff and people who train here. Been going for 2 months now and it’s the best training experience I have ever had. Eric and the coaches work with each person to maximize the results you get and also make the workout sessions fun and enjoyable.

After a month of training I noticed increased strength, speed and agility on the court. Erik explains how the training movements affect your play so you can visualize as you train. Every day we come in he asks how we feel. Erik cares about our well being and checks in to make sure we’re on track mentally and physically.
