I was looking around to find someone could fix my dad old computer, running windows 98. He has a special software, only works on that system. After doing some research, I found iCP. The shop owner answered all my questions over the phone, and voila, my dad old desktop is up and running the next day. The pricing is very reasonable. Thank you iCP, we will definitely come back if we need any computer services in the future.

I got my MacBook Air water damaged and was looking around to get it fixed. I came across KA from ICP Ignite Computer in Westminster to drop off my laptop. KA is very professional, knowledgeable, and great customer service. I was impressed by his professionalism and he also recommended me with a great resources for used laptop great prices. Finally he didn’t charge me a penny when he spent time operating my laptop and was trying hard to fix it for me. He also texted me sending videos of what he saw while opening my laptop. I never see a computer guy that has great services and follow up with customer like him. THIS IS A MUST GO STORE WHEN YOU NEED YOUR COMPUTER FIXED FOR ANY REASONS.

Ka is really knowledgeable and passionate about computers. I think I know a bit more than the average Joe, just enought to get myself in trouble, but Ka is an expert. I took in my gaming desktop after I accidentally corrupted the bios on the motherboard trying to do a bios flash update. Unfortunately it's a common issue on the motherboard I had. Ka was super patient and tried manually updating the bios chip with a programmer. He even bought a different kind of connector to see if he could salvage the motherboard. He took the time to explain everything and give me options to get my system working again.
Unfortunately, the motherboard was beyond fixing and needed to be upgraded anyways. Ka gave me some good recommendations and what to look for in purchasing a new motherboard. Once I got the new board from Amazon, he pulled out all the parts and put it all back together with the new motherboard. He even upgraded the system to Windows 11. What he charged me for his services was also very reasonable considering the effort he put in to troubleshoot the issue. Super helpful, super knowledgable, definitely recommended!

Ka was very knowledgeable and very helpful with my computer repair. My custom built computer no longer would start up and he diagnosed it for me on the spot. After words he helped me clean up my wiring and gave me an amazing price and recommendations for a new graphics card so that I can continue to use my hackintisosh. He truly made me feel like I am his friend and he wanted to help me the best he could and give me the best deal he could! I am excited to go back and use his services in the future I feel confident I can go to him to help me with knowledge on future builds and upgrades. Also he's got a really cool dog named blackie that will help keep you entertained!

Ka was super friendly, helpful, and efficient! I was building a (AMD) PC since every one of my friends recommended me to build but started having issues when I was trying to figure out where the cables go and installing the gpu. I found him on Google, and after calling him to explain my problem, I got an appointment right away. He helped me assess, organize, troubleshoot, and finish everything in an hour and a half and was really fun to converse with throughout (that I didn't even notice an hour had passed). Ka also helped me learn more about the parts of my PC and how it works (since I'm a total beginner) and answered any questions I had. I'll definitely come back if I have any more issues!! 🙂 (psst his little coworker Blackie is super cute too!)

Fast service and was eager to save me money. I had been told by the manufacturer and geek squad that I needed an entirely new motherboard. $400 alone for the board. KA took a quick look, saw a connector was broken and immediately ordered it. Computer has worked perfectly ever since!
