This was the first guided tour I have been on. A group of us rented the Specialized Turbo mountain bikes and rode for a few hours at Moore Creek with our guide Trace, who was awesome. The scenery and experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend the Calistoga Bikeshop.

Last month my wife and I discovered our favorite local activity. Calistoga Bike Shop provided e-bikes and suggested an itinerary along the recently completed Vine Trail, which conveniently begins behind their shop. It’s the perfect pairing. We rode another 27 miles on their e-bikes today meandering to some of their other recommended stops and noting several others we still want to experience. Last month was warm, but we didn’t break a sweat. Today was windy, but the bikes did all the work, allowing us to carry on conversations while cruising through vineyards. No more traffic or parking lots. With great options to explore and revisit, it’s our new monthly date.

Our guy saved our trip and anniversary, we had a trip from Calistoga to St. Helena—one way. The thing is, I was planning on taking an entirely different ride, but he suggested this better, safer, and a lot more comfortable ride for us which I hadn't known about through the newly made Vine Trail. He got us set up easily and quickly.

It made our special day truly memorable. Will come again.

Last week my wife and I rented some really nice e-bikes for the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a really nice day exploring the area. The trail system in the Napa Valley is very scenic with many opportunities to visit the vineyards in the Valley.

I stopped in the shop to ask about how to maintain the ebike I am using - it is my sister's and I wanted to make sure to hand it back in good shape! They made recommendations I could do myself. Marshall was able to repair a hand brake cable that had come off and just charged me very fairly. All 3 guys I had an exchange with were really great. Then they sent me off with a little map and directions to get to the loop I wanted to do. They know the area very well. Thank you, guys!

Many thanks to Trace for helping us get started on our tour, very nice. It was 9:45am and the other older guy basically ignored us when I asked for a spare tube told me we don’t open until 10, not so good. Was considering a Specialzed as a trainer bike but didn’t even bother looking after I said you have some nice stuff here and he still took no interest in helping.
