As someone who is just getting into the hobby this is hands down the best store in alabama.

I have been to several hobby stores in Alabama the past month. This store in particular is almost two hours from where I live and I still find myself going here over the other locations near me.

The reason for this is the owner/operator. He has a love for the hobby that shows as soon as you enter the store. He is very helpful and knowlegable about all things warhammer. As I said being a beginner this has been a huge help just being able to ask questions and receive information.

Just ask direct questions.

He also will give painting lessons to those in need or unsure where to start.

This will continue to be my go to location for anything warhammer related.

Store was clean with nice displays. Shopkeeper was helpful and upbeat. Saw painting stations that look available to whomever would like to use them for their miniature work. Able to easily retrieve Warhammer Plus order when I get items sent to this location

The manager really knows his stuff. Will walk new people as well as old players through different painting techniques.

This was our first visit to a Warhammer corporate store and it did not disappoint! They provide a variety of free trainings and benefits related to building, painting, and playing the Warhammer games. They also gave each child a free snap together figurine to practice with.

i finally got a chance to visit this store today and it was a fantastic experience

after looking around for a minute with my daughter, Jesse greeted me and started talking to me. my interaction with him is easily the best interaction i have ever had with a salesperson. he asked questions, he offered help and he genuinely seemed to want to share this hobby with me

i didn't buy anything today because im just now checking out the hobby but i will 10000% be back and spending money soon. my interaction with him has made me a customer for life

the store was also in great condition. clean, organized, and easy to find things

Never played the game. But recently got into the books and was hooked. Me and friend went up here knowing very little and the Jesse in the workshop was awesome. Explained everything that we could take in the short time we were there. He gave great recommendations on price to value. Can’t recommend this shop enough. Left with 3 combat patrols and can’t wait to start playing

First stop in a store and Jesse was super knowledgeable and helpful! He was just the right person to talk as somebody just getting into the hobby and he hooked us up while being patient, kind, and informative.

I decided to make my first visit here to see what this hobby was all about. Well stocked store to resource both the beginner and seasoned Warhammer hobbyist. However, the thing that stood out the most was the level of customer service I received. I would give it 6 stars if I could. As a result, I walked out of there with a huge starter kit and knowledge that most hobby store workers don’t bother to learn or teach. Keep up the good work guys, you have a customer for life here.
