Pues es una visita obligada porque es un pueblo muy bonito pero hablando claro es un nido de casas de Millonarios muy bonitas en un pueblo que cierra todas las tiendas a las 6 y los restaurantes a las 9.
Tomarse algo es prohibitivo y no hay tantos sitios como se podría esperar.
El paseíto a ver las casas de cuento por supuesto que es algo que hay que hacer.
Y a minute de agosto y había 12 grados y un frío como Navacerrada en enero.

I’m so glad we took this tour. I know we could have browse around on our own up and down the streets but with Gael it was so much more fun. She is super informative and walked us through all nooks and crannies we would have not even seen. She took us to through some awesome historic restaurants and hotels that I have now added to my list to try out next time we are in town. Thank you Gael! You made that trip so worthy

Carmel-by-the-Sea is such a cool, quaint little beach town. There are tons of great shops and restaurants to explore here while walking through town. Ocean Ave is the main drag, but there are lots of great shops on the side streets as well.

The architecture of many of the buildings here have a historic Spanish Mediterranean look to them. My favorite building was the Cottage of Sweets! This is a special town that definitely requires a visit. It's one of the coolest small towns we've ever been to.

Carmen - a review for the whole town. When it's boring you can come and walk, there is an opportunity to visit a cafe and also various shops, of course the price will be higher in them than in the city. The atmosphere is a bit European, I was in Europe, there is someone to compare with. We were passing through, we will not go a second time.

I attended a group tour led by Carmel Walks a few years ago and was impressed, so when we were visiting Carmel-by-the-Sea again I booked a tour again. We were lucky to get in with a last minute booking. Our guide Jane was super - she’s knowledgeable, personable and passionate about Carmel-by-the-sea! We learned so much about this charming little town, which made our visit much more memorable. Thank you, Jane for showing us your beautiful town. Highly recommended for anyone who’s looking for an in-depth tour about this historic town.

Nice little town on the way to Big Sur! Each of the shop and/or property here are aesthetically decorated and taking a walk worths it. Free street parking available for limited time frame so watch out. Several gas stations and restaurants are around and this is certainly a place you will love.

Run, do not walk to take this tour. It was the highlight of our visit to this beautiful town. Gael is so knowledgeable and fun, and is such an effervescent and kind person. She will tell you local stories, walk you through the nooks and little streets, introduce you to local artists and make best food recs. Just wonderful.
