The team at Pools by Nelson were able to transform the jungle that was our backyard to a beautiful lagoon playground. My wife and I were cautious when it came to selecting someone to entrust with our pool installation. Jeremy, the designer, was open, and honest about the challenges with our project. the price was reasonable compared to other companies. Tina Was a pleasure to communicate with, she kept me informed with any inquires I had, and responded within a reasonable time. My only critique is that the finish date was delayed by about 6 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances. Great service! Great quality in craftsmanship! Highly recommend!

Thank you Pools by Nelson, this Summer was an amazing one thanks to you. Our pool is a wonderful addition to our home, family, and friends. This was our first huge addition to our home, we had no idea where to begin, this is where Pools by Nelson shined, they were always ready to answer our questions along the way, they handled all the permits and gave us an outline on the waiting process and timeline for our pool. Jeremy designed an amazing pool, off of all our ideas and within a good budget. Tina made the process so easy with always relaying messages and getting back to us in a timely manner. The contractors were very professional and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The process is so cool to watch our boys loved sitting by back door watching the excavator work and the pool being formed. Nothing beats that Primera Stone finish, it really did add that extra wow factor to our pool. It really does glisten in the sun and adds that extra touch to an already amazing project. Bryant, Tina, Sean and your team know that my wife and I absolutely loved the pool design and all the hard work you did to bring our new custom pool to life. The entire end-to-end process, customer service, pool design and final build outcome was awesome and was more than we could have ever imagined. Bryant was fantastic to work with and came with creative ideas to also keep us on budget. Now during the Summer times we are able to enjoy the pool so much and we get a lot of “Wows” and great compliments from our family and friends! The kids just have a blast 🙂

I’ve used Pools by Nelson twice and have been very happy with them. Their quote was within budget and had all the extra features I wanted like the upgraded black bottom pebbles,, UV light system and wifi system so I can turn on the pump/lights/waterfall from anywhere. We learned about Nelson pools after doing a lot of research. We wanted a local company and a company that had satisfied customers from beginning to end.

We were not disappointed when we decided to sign a contract with Nelson pools.

This is a family company. We met everyone involved from the office staff, to those workers who busted out projects every day. We worked directly with our design contractor who showed patience until we were happy with the final design. The design contractor also had the knowledge needed to tackle other issues around our home when one is adding a pool. We truly felt like our pool was the only pool they were working on.

They crew arrived as planned and on time every day. We had a target date of completion and that was met to our full satisfaction.

After completion we had an issue with the lighting. I contacted the office and Tina responded immediately. The necessary repair was done immediately.

We are definately pleased with the finished product. A beautiful pool with a simple design that fit perfectly in our backyard space.

We are thankful the entire process went amoothly. As a result, we will continue to refer others to Nelson's Pools.

Great experience everything that we talked about was done on time . I had got other quotes waited almost a year before I decided to get the pool what happened was one of the other companies I got a quote from sent me a flyer saying they were having a sale so I went and checked it out WOW that company went over the old quote and it was going to be 9000.00 dollars more then the original quote saying prices went up . So I went back to (POOLS BY NELSON )talked to sale rep. Went over his quote and was able to keep the same quote he original gave me man of his word best decision I could have made great job ever is explained step by step great job THANK YOU POOLS BY NELSON !! I will be adding other photos after I finish the yard wrapping the fence with bamboo fencing

We had our pool completed in July 2022 by Pools by Nelson. They were very helpful in the design, not pushy and really wanted to give us what we wanted and didn't try to upsell us just to make an extra buck. During construction we were regularly updated on the progress and were happy with the schedule. For the most part we let them just do their job and are happy with the outcome.
We will definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a pool.
