This place is a lot of fun solving the puzzles together to escape. We barely made it out before the timer went out and you def feel the intensity amp up as its getting down to the last min. Will def be coming back and am looking forward to more new rooms in the future or seasonal themed ones would also be great! Def give this place a try you wont regret it.

Great escape rooms, fun for the whole family! Our whole family loved our experience here - we have completed all but one room and enjoyed each game. The staff is fun and friendly. The games are challenging and imaginative, and everyone from our young kids to the grandparents were able to meaningfully help find and solve clues. We've been back again and again. Highly recommend. They even have a party room for birthday parties.

Liked the adventure experience. Splitting the group to two adjacent rooms for first stage was fun.

It was my first time and we had so much fun, I will be returning for the other themes. It was cool how each of us were able to figure out something using our unique perspectives.

We had fun during our experience trying to escape from "Once Upon a Time", however there are definitely things that could have improved our experience. I tried to write the following without spoilers to escaping.

#1 - Inform players in advance if they need to crawl or get down on their hands and knees.
#2 - The host, who showed us to the starting room, spoke way too fast and mumbled, so it was hard to understand him.
#3 - We specifically requested they not give us clues during our escape, so we were not paying much attention to the monitors, but they gave us a few clues anyway.
#4 - At the end, when our time ran out, the host walked us through what puzzles we still had not yet solved. He showed us that we would have had to push one of the "leave the room" buttons to open the last door. It seemed like those buttons were there for emergencies or for someone who needed to leave. It made no sense to expect us to know that we needed to use one as part of the escape. The host shared with us they would have put a clue on the screen to inform us of that, however, again, we were not paying attention to the screen, because of our request to not get clues.
#5 - One room was dark, and it was hard to see things clearly in the very dim lighting, and we were lucky that my husband brought his phone with him. Having the phone for the flashlight was a huge help. I don't know what we would have done without it.
#6 - There was a crappy old broken looking tablet with a stylus pen attached in the first room. We thought it was part of thee props to aid the escape. It would have been nice to know from the beginning that was for us to use throughout the escape to keep track of things. We found out at the end.

Maybe we just didn't have the best experience in this room. We'd be open to trying another escape with Red Door some time in the future - we will definitely ask more questions in advance.

I went here on Labor Day weekend with my family. We did the Last Stop room which was only 30 minutes as it was the only one available (we booked like the day before lol). I had a lot of fun, the room is great for first timers since it’s not too convoluted. Our game master was Julian and they were very sweet and helpful! I’d love to come again and try their casino room!!

We had 3 generations do the "Cash me if you can" experience. So much fun! Sam was a great host and the difficulty level was on point as noted. We will come back again!
