I love going to Becky's shop! She is such a sweet lady and she's the awesome owner of Chico Magic. She is super knowledgeable and does an amazing job to create a positive, and safe atmosphere for people of all different ages and social backgrounds. People here are very honest and pleasant to talk to. The Pre-Releases are the best! I highly recommend coming over here if you love Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon and board games. If you’re in Chico, this is the place to get in the Magic community. Becky is always the best at selling new products without the crazy markups and there are commander nights on thursdays and prereleases with every new set so you can meet up to play with people too.

I learned to play here years and years and years ago, and as a result, I can’t speak to how it is now. That said, I am sure it is run still impeccably. Best comic book shop in town, Becky (The Owner) is always very kind, has great stories and either makes it an experience or gives a great deal. Hands down always beats the best prices around. This is going to be where I buy magic exclusively after that great experience!

Chico Magic is a great place in town to find MTG, Pokemon, and other CCGs and table top accessories.

Becky always tries to give the best deal she can and to be as accommodating as possible.

Sometimes it could get a little crowded (pre-Covid) on pre-release weekends, but it's always a fun time and Becky always adds in ways to help many come away feeling like a winner.

Thanks for all the help over the years, and giving us all a place to play.
