Our family had a great time pulling off a bank heist! Our host Levi was friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. The puzzles were challenging but not impossible (though we appreciated and took advantage of the unlimited clues). We managed to loot most of the vault before making a clean getaway. Would highly recommend.

This was our first time to the Escape Room Palm Springs, and we had an amazing time. We were visiting the area for Thanksgiving and looking for a fun activity for our family. The staff was friendly, and our escape room host, MarMar, was wonderful. If we visit the Palm Springs area again, we will definitely return. Thanks MarMar, we couldn’t top talking the Titanic Room experience over dinner.

We had an amazing time at this escape room! A big shoutout to our host, Thank you Levi, who was not only incredibly polite and professional but also entertaining and fully immersed in their character. Their enthusiasm really set the tone and made the experience so much more engaging and fun. The puzzles were well-crafted, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommend this place, especially if all the hosts are this great!

Levi was an excellent game master and very patient in explaining the rules. We played “A Traitor Among Us,” and it was really fun. I would recommend coming with at least 6 people if possible. Good for all ages!

We had such a great afternoon! We started with the titanic and had such a great time we asked to do another activity! Luckily they were able to accommodate us and we were so grateful! Julian was such a chill vibe and was so patient with us lol

We had a great time. All the mechanisms worked smoothly, and there were no impossible clues that we were supposed to magically guess. It was a satisfying challenge, and our game master ("Knickknack") was very responsive with hints and gave us good, spoiler-free prep for the room.
