Nixy Sports Rocks!!!!!! On Many Levels!?
I met Colleen at the Newport Beach Boat Show and purchased 2 if their Venice Style Inflatable Paddle Boards. Stored them for a little over a year without using them. Then I broke them out for the Summer and have them in use at our Vacation Rental Property In Newport Harbor. Our Guests Love these Boards!!!! They are the Ultra Light Series. We get all ages of people and they can all handle these Boards Super Easily. So the Product is Awesome and Really Good Looking!!! See Photo.
One of the Boards began leaking at the Valve. The Boards were so popular with our Guests I kept blowing it up at the Turnover for the next guests to use. Well......we finally had an Open day where the property was empty so I called Nixy and explained my situation to Linda who was Very Sympathetic and Very Helpful! She told me to bring the Board over to their Office and they would have a look.
So I took the Board over to Nixy Sports where I was early greeted by Colleen and Linda. They tested the Valve and graciously agreed to Immediately replace the Board!!!!!
I was SO Thrilled that they would stand behind their product like that! They technically did not have to do that. Now that is Service!!!

Very friendly customer service, super fast delivery, overall you get a lot for your money!
Just got this nice SUP as set with everything you need.
-the board is very stiff, I already got a couple of small waves.
-the paddle is ok, handle is a little different to what I’m used to.
-bag is very convenient, didn’t expect that quality of a bag.
-the pump is doing his job, took me a little more than five minutes to inflate it to the recommended pressure.
-fin set up is very easy, like on a regular surfboard.

10+ STARS! We've had a NIXY pump for our sups for 3 years. The pump works great but we are a little rough on the valve adaptors and have broken 2. The customer service for getting replacements has been amazing! We have received replacement adaptors in less than a week after contacting them. I can't thank Colleen enough for taking care of us. Summer is back on!

We love this board and Nixy. We have two boards, and they both are great. We are new to Paddleboarding, and the products are easy to transport, set up, and use. The customer support is fantastic. We had an issue with one board that shipped with a defect, and they switched it out the same day. Customer service is lacking in many companies, with everything going virtual, but not Nixy. I could go down to their warehouse and had multiple people assisting me with the exchange, which only took minutes. The entire experience has been great, and we will be buying from them in the future and referring them to our friends.

Nixy Sports make great products and the folks behind them are the best in the industry. I've purchased the Nixy Manhattan which a long touring board and some accessories to go along with it. Everything they make is highly stylish, colorful, and work great from their paddle, leash, pump, seat and of course the paddle board itself.

I've gotten so many compliments on how cool looking my Nixy Manhattan is. It is so fast on the water and track so well that I just cut through the water like a knife through butter making it a thrilling experience every time I get on the water. I was a little concern about the durability of an inflatable but I've put my Nixy Manhattan to heavy use for two years now and it's still going strong.

I've owned another premium sup from Earth River that cost 50% more but overall I prefer my Nixy Sports. It ride better, feels more stable, and look just cooler. And from a health and fitness point of view, the two years since I've had my Nixy Manhattan has been a transformative experience. After three to four months of heavy paddle boarding I've dropped from a size 36 to a size 33. Stand up paddle boarding is a fun and great body work out esp when you have the right gear with a Nixy Sports product. I highly recommend the sports and I highly recommend Nixy Sports.
