I came for the video games. Decent selection of older stuff. I was a bit turned off to see unmarked reproductions & replacement cart labels mixed in with the rest but as long as you know you’re stuff you shouldn’t make a mistake buying something you didn’t intend to buy. Also the games are not cleaned but you can look and and inspect before you buy. Prices are what you’d expect from a retail store and clearly marked but I think very fair; not outrageous at all.
Staff seemed fine to me. Basic customer service was nothing to complain about. I would go back again. It was worth my time.
Tons of card & tabletop games but not my thing so I can’t comment on that stuff.

The staff is friendly and willing to help. They seem to have a lot of D&D and MTG items but lack a variety of other tabletop games.

Great stop for all my Pokemon needs. They also have Magic, One Piece and a lot more. Minis and statues and just a great place to meet up and hang.

Great selection of cards, supplies, and models including books. However terrible customer service. If I could put lower than zero stars I would. I’ve gone on several occasions and they talk to you condescending like you’re bothering them from whatever that computer in front of them has. I thought they’d be interested in taking my money, apparently fixing inventory and shelves is more important than making a sale. And to the store owner this is not “false”, do better. Try harder at selling than being a pompous sarcastic jerk to customers. Terrible customer service starts with management! Any “good”leader knows that. -4 stars.

A great place to go for all game enthusiasts. The staff are awesome here. You can find almost anything from console games to popular board games like Pokemon or Magic the Gathering. All in all, I would definitely recommend and I’ll definitely come back again next time I head into Hanford.

It's more welcoming to play in the parking lot outside than to deal with the people "working" here. It's like joining in on a f2p shovelware gacha mobile game; they don't want you and you won't have fun unless you're shoveling money into it or you're already an established player with friends that go here, they'll literally scold you for going to your local game store to play games even if you're buying things, they only focus on the store part, and don't care about the locals or the games. You'll note that the word "friendly" is absent in almost this entire review.

But I'm glad to see that whatsthierproblem is leaving condescending remarks on random reviews on here, IDK what sort of dissociative identity disorder they've got going on that makes it so that they're randomly cool enough to customers that they actually leave positive reviews, it's like seeing other people win the lottery. I don't know why as someone in the customer service industry you're like this, on a personal level. You obviously only want to come into work and see the people you like to see and don't want to interact with the general public, and it's really a shame that although we lost many national treasures, COVID failed to catch either the store manager here nor the store itself, maybe it would open up the opportunity for an actual FLGS in the area. At least Visalia isn't too far away.

Owner is bothered by the fact that you’re asking questions about their merchandise. Doesn’t seem to know what they even have in stock and not even bothered to look it up in their system. Overall terrible customer service
