Very unorganized internal system, very difficult to get correct information from this department

I have been trying to get a hold of the building department for the past couple of months with calls and emails about a permit I submitted online. No response yet. I was able to see that corrections were needed for the permit online, however no one is answering to let me know what the corrections are.

Americano came out to do a roof inspection. I have dealt with many inspectors both good and bad. He was very professional but also a good guy. Give the man a raise. -Valdez Construction

The workers does not want to do anything until they're reminded of the work. Expedited the project and it still take them more than a month to complete. This place lack organization

This building and safety department has adjusted really well with covid. Everytime I'm there it's in and out. The staff is very helpful. I hope they continue to be this great.

If they had no stars I would have put that. Worst customer service ever. The lady at the counter is very rude not pleasant to deal with it all. They make you feel like a criminal when you go there it's like they know you can't go anywhere else you have to go there.

Terrible city department. Every time I have to come here I wait for a minimum of 30 min to be helped. Employees ignore you waiting. Dept is not helpful, loses plans, made me wait three weeks on submitted plans because they forgot to look at them.

This place is a joke. I can't even go into how many times now they have screwed me around and wasted my time when I have done everything they have asked promptly.
