We had an awesome date night at Steal and Escape doing The Neighbor room! We’ve been to a couple escape rooms in the San Diego area, but I think this was the most unique and creative. Having to “steal” as part of your objective was a really cool twist.

The staff was beyond nice and made the experience even better. We’ll be back!!

This was my first time ever doing an escape room and I loved it! We did the two medium rooms (The Neighbor and The Missing Season). The Neighbor was my favorite of the two but both were incredibly detailed and immersive.
Anthony and Kevin were both amazing game masters and made the experience super enjoyable.
We're definitely coming back with a fourth player someday to try the last room! Thanks for a great first experience!

Pretty fun, I’ve done two escape rooms here so far - The Neighbor and Missing Seasons. One thing I do like about these rooms in comparison to others I’ve done is that they are more interactive puzzles than just trying to find a key for a box. They also have the rooms decorated and set up very well - it isn’t just buying a bunch of decor at TJ Home goods. I appreciate the effort that they put into these rooms - I hope they continue to expand to other themes.

This is one of the top escape rooms that we have done. We have done all three of the rooms that they had (Missing Season, The Neighbor, and Lost City I think were the names)
Compared to all the other escape rooms we have done is one is super unique and fun. They have many different kinds of puzzles and lots of detail and effort put into the rooms which are all very different.
The staff are all very nice and add a lot to the experience that you have there. They put a lot into making the experience as enjoyable as possible.
The rooms have great stories behind them and the rooms are a full experience with many doors to open which completely different atmospheres, different puzzles, and so much more.
I would totally recommend this escape room for both new and experienced escape room players!

It was my first escape room and I loved it. We did the Lost Expedition escape room. I thought everything was a lot of details into all the little puzzles and things you had to figured out. We’ll definitely be going back to try the other rooms they offer & go with friends. We went for a friends birthday & everything went well. Shawn was awesome.

We had an amazing time. We did the Missing Season room and it was AMAZING! It was immersive and unique compared to other escape rooms we have done in the past. We would definitely come to Steal and Escape next time we are in the area.
