Nice hustle. Items sold don't work, and even if you take it back that day, it is only for store credit. So you're playing roulette with the items you buy there. This company preys on its customers, and benefits on others hard earned money. (YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW) Dont worry, it will be paid back to you eventually. It should be a cash back policy if your customers bring back a defective item the day of sale. P.S. don't buy the Nintendo 64 mortal combat 4.

game play pomona has been a place i recommend within the last few years for early game releases since i'm a recurring customer myself.

i've been in talks the past 24 hrs with their instagram page about the madden 24 early release.

they mentioned the night before to come in early (10am) to get a copy since it's limited. they even sent me a picture of the physical copy.

i get there at 10am before the place was even open and the first one in line for my copy and they tell me they only have enough for their pre reserved copies.

why even tell any customers to come? it was definitely a waste of my time and i will be going elsewhere from now on for any releases. great way to lose a customer... SMH

Took games to get resurfaced because of minor scratches, and games came back unable to read. Then when I went back in to see see what they can do about it and they said they couldn’t do anything. They only clean discs. So, If they get damaged while under their possession, they are not responsible somehow.

I have been living here for 2 months and I'm loving it❗ Management is with the functions they are so helpful and sympathetic to people's needs and i like and more appreciate everything that they have done for me and my daughter. I have lived in pomona my hole life and have not came across owners that treat you... Not so much (nice) a really care about but humble it's the word i was looking for. They are some humble people. So i highly recommend any and everyone come and get a experience off a life time.❗✌
