Great experience again, we used them a few weeks ago for our son’s birthday now for our daughter. Keith and Matt came out and set up the castle in no time. They were early and very nice. Thanks guys! The kids had a blast.

These guys are great! Last minute we decided we wanted a water slide and they came through for us the next morning. Mike and Tommy were actually early I think, were very polite and fast. They had this huge 19’ slide up in no time. Great company and crew. We will definitely be using them again in a few weeks for our daughter party.

Thomas and Jake delivered our bounce house and were perfectly on time. They communicated so well and even moved the bounce house for me to be in a better location. It was also in amazing condition. We will use them again for sure!

Jump off is the BEST!! Keith and Jake H were extremely nice and polite and did a fantastic job of setting of the castle bounce house for my 5 year old granddaughter 's birthday party. Will definitely use Jump Off again!! Thank You!

The Jump off is it!! Despite the weather Keith and Tristan did a great job putting up the inflatable I ordered. Those guys were very friendly as well!! And Kassie was great as well making sure my reservation was handled correctly!! Thanks again! Highly recommend!

From placing the order, to delivery, set-up, and pick-up The Jump Off was a FABULOUS rental facility to work with when I needed a waterslide for my eight year old daughter’s birthday! They provided the perfect beach themed waterslide for her “Stitch” themed birthday party! The whole process was easy and seamless. The slide was immaculate and the kids (and adults) had so much fun the entire day! Keith and Trinity were extremely polite, showed up on time, answered all of my questions and made sure that everything was perfect before they left my house. I would recommend The Jump Off to anyone needing anything for party rental equipment! Thanks, again!! Till next year!!
