I'm not gonna lie, Gator Jump wasn't my first reservation. The place I booked first cancelled shortly before my kid's party without much warning and I was left scrambling to replace them. Somebody at work recommended Gator and I went with it. I'm very happy that I did. The reservation experience was simple yet professional. Everything was very logically laid out and straight-forward. The women who delivered our water slide were efficient and professional, arriving in the previously-agreed window. The slide was nice and new, and the kids had a blast. They're going to definitely be my first call from now on.

I have used Gator Junp two years in a row for my grandson birthday parties. They have a variety of products to choose from, and are reasonably priced. The staff is very responsive and pleasant to work with. I've never had any issues with them. They coordinated set-up/take down effortlessly, often times no contact if they have access to the water spout and an electrical outlet. Will definitely use their company again.

I will absolutely be using this company again! The house was great and the employees professional! The only reason I didn't leave 5 starts is because the tarp was too small/ not placed well and now I have a mud puddle in my yard. Not a big deal for me, the kids had so much fun!

I had a wonderful experience with Gator Jump. This was my first time and truly knew nothing about them but their rating and reviews were outstanding and now I know why. They werethe most customer focused and responsive company I’ve dealt with in a long time. They answered their phone, they sent text to follow-up, they sent text the day before our event, they arrived on time and on top of this, they were so nice and pleasant. A big thank you to Madison who made this a very pleasant experience and one event I actually did not worry about. Thank you for making my granddaughters princess bouncy house a wonderful day with their friend and their Nana.

Best investment on ny boys birthday party. Service was excellent, easy to schedule. The crew shows up on time. I honestly expected the bounce for a few hours but they actually leave it at your place all day and pick up next morning.

The company kept me up to date the closer the event was. The delivery was a few hours before the event. The set up was quick. The people were very nice and professional! And the best thing the water slide was clean. I have used other companies in the past and the water slides were NOT clean. When it was time for Gator Jump to pick up, they did so with great attitudes even though it was miserably hot. I will definitely be ordering from here from now on.

We rented the big Jaguar Falls water slide for a birthday party. We had 30 kids and they had a blast. Prompt set up (actually early) and the ladies were very nice. We will definitely rent again.
