A Kurt Myers Open House = an unlocked door. Just know that if you ask Kurt to list your house he is only going to work as hard as he has to and he is leaving your house unsecured. Heads up for any thieves just hit a Kurt Myers listing and you can steal appliances, fixtures, really anything not nailed down. When I arrived at the "open" house everything was on and open but no Kurt, or anyone else for that matter. I called Kurt to ask questions about the house and he asked that I hang up with him and have my realtor call him. He wouldn't answer any of my questions about the house and was very rude. Kurt is not the friendly small town realtor he would have us all believe.

Reply to your reply: You have cars parked all over a small town with your phone number on them. That's for realtors only? You think you would encourage phone calls from potential buyers. I wasn't making an offer or discussing high level realtor level topics Kurt. I was attempting to ask you simple questions that would be asked by anybody interested in buying a house. You were rude and unprofessional. If you actually did your job and attended your own open house you wouldn't have said to my face what you said to me on the phone. The pool and water features were all on when we got there (these are not on timers) which means you (or someone that works for you) either turned everything on and then left the house unattended or you had everything left on for god knows how long. Either way it doesn't reflect well on how you represent the people that entrust you with the sale of their home.

I have to give a huge shout out to Kurt Myers from Ramona Realty. I have no prior experience with purchasing a home, but from day 1 he was the most attentive realtor I could have ever imagined. He was available literally any time I needed him. He even offered to show us a home twice in one day just so my older kids could take a look when they were available later that day. I felt he was genuinely interested in what was best for us and looked out for us throughout the entire process. I would use him again in a heartbeat and if it ever comes time to sell and upgrade he'll be my first call. Thank you!

The Ramona real estate market is very competitive and some agents will stoop pretty low to discredit their competition. Don't believe the negative reviews of Ramona Realty. Kurt and his staff were professional in every way when we sold our house in the Estates. Will use him again if we ever buy in that area again and highly recommend them to any body looking to buy or sell in the Ramona area. Whether buying or selling a property, patience is a virtue. Just let the professionals do their job.

He is a great guy he goes above and beyond. Very Professional. He'll make sure that you get the best deal possible there's a lot of real estate agents out there that I wouldn't trust. I highly recommend him to anybody that's looking to sell their home or looking to buy a home.

On July 13 at around 11:58am I called ramona realty for information and resources. They promptly hung up in my face. I spoke to a man named Curt myers and they had zero interest in helping the public. I asked a question to get clarification because I didnt understand what they were telling me and they said "you know what?" And hung up in my face. I dont understand why Curt myers would conduct business this way, I dont recommend anyone get services provided from the specific individual known as Curt myers. In fact be wary of doing business with Ramona realty of they want to be associated with curt myers. The individual clearly has no interest in helping anyone unless it is an opportunity to make money. This place is not a resource for the public. This place is not interested iin helping the public. do not recommend doing business with an individual who prioritizes money over people, would give 0 stars if could.
